Welcome to 116 Circle Drive—a two-bedroom St. Simons vacation rental tucked just off Frederica Road in the heart of the island. With a fully fenced yard, dog-friendly policy, vaulted outdoor living space, and walkability to some of the South’s best shrimp and grits, this is the kind of beach rental that feels local and from scratch.

Redfern Village is right across the street—literally. Walk 0.2 miles (about 4 minutes) to Southern Soul BBQ, featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, or grab a 9-minute stroll (0.4 miles) down the sidewalk to Bubba Garcia’s for tacos and live music under the lights. Dulce Dough is 0.3 miles away for warm-from-the-oven cinnamon rolls, and the fanciest Winn-Dixie on the coast (yes, really) is just 0.5 miles from your door.

Very clean house, perfect size for the two of us and our little fur buddy. Location is super, very close to lots of places to eat, grocery store, gas station. Very close to Red Fern Village for shopping and eating. The huge back porch was the best part of the house ( to us, anyway) ! Great for sitting and relaxing! The only negative I would say about the house was there were no grab bars inside the tub/shower area. The tub was higher than a normal tub ( good for soaking I suppose) which made it tricky to get in and out of for older folks like us.

We loved our stay! The house is a little small but we managed with 4 adults and two larger dogs. Backyard is very large and has a wonderful back patio to sit on. Our pups loved it! This is definitely a relaxation home. We spend lots of time hanging out on the back patio or screened in front porch. With a 5 minute walk to Dulce Dough and less than 10 minute drive to the beach. Overall it is in a great location. We will definitely be returning! The property manager was very responsive with any questions we had. Great place to stay!

Loved it. The outside area was amazing for our pup. Outside shower and could complete enclose the back deck area if you want to. Great location. 5 minute drive to the beach and pier market village. Redfern Village was basically across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice little house/ Wonderful bach porch

The hose is cozy, but was just right for my husband and I. Our favorite spot was the back porch, and we spent alot of our evenings there. It was nice to have curtains to enclose the porch during those chilly nights too. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean house in great location

Clean property with fenced in backyard great for dogs. The outside attached gazebo/porch in the back is a fantastic extension of the house. Best part was the outdoor shower. The location is a short walk from Redfern village.

Great getaway!

Very clean, nicely remodeled and well stocked kitchen if cooking is preferred to eating out all meals. Pet friendly perfection in the backyard- totally fenced and you do not have to worry. Location is amazing to great restaurants- grocery store- beaches & Starbucks!!! Can’t wait to go in the summer!!!

A Perfect Cottage for Two

We loved this house. The outdoor living space was awesome. That was what drew me to the property but my husband was skeptical; then we got there and he LOVED it. The kitchen was perfectly appointed with the right tools and appliances but was simple to navigate. The enclosed front porch was a beautiful space to sit. The outdoor shower was heavenly. We LOVED this house. We brought our dogs and it was perfect for them too.

Charming home

Very clean home with comfortable beds. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. The airport is very close but flights usually end around 8pm. The East beach is about 1.2 miles away with free parking. The staff was very quick to respond. Safe neighborhood. Definitely would stay again.

Overall the house is what it says it is… however, it smelled like strong mildew everytime we entered the house. The beds were awful. Our friend flipped the mattress to try and get a better sleep but it didn’t help. He ended up getting up at 4am and staying up because the bed was so bad he couldn’t sleep. The pillows were so flat it’s like we were sleeping on straight mattress. We ended up getting more pillows and blankets from my mother in law during our stay. The listing also advertised ceiling fans in both rooms, which is important for airflow- and only one room had it. The sink in the bathroom is massive, taking up the entire counter-space, which leaves no room for any toiletries to be set expect for a toothbrush and toothpaste. Even though this place does sleep 4 people, it’s too cramped for that. We ended up leaving a day early because our sleep was so poor and the smell was bad. It’s close in proximity to all the main restaurants… and the backyard is closed in. So that’s a plus. But you can tell the neighbors don’t care about this place because there was poop from their dog all around the property that we accidentally stepped in and tracked inside. Unfortunately would not stay here again.
