Great vacation

The Coastal Bliss was a great vacation home for us. Comfortable house, everything you need is there, great location and the dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Sharon was very responsive to the few questions that we had. St Simon's Island is a wonderful place to visit.

Ingram Stay

Jan & Feb we’re both cool this year. Cooler than normal but had many days to walk on the beach and a few days to comfortably eat outside. So many neat things to do here And good places to eat. We have been coming for 8 plus years. Seems like second home to us

Hi! I'm Sharon, the property owner. I've been a resident of St Simons Island for nearly a decade. I was drawn to the island by its small town southern charm, beautiful beaches, majestic Oak trees and the friendly local community. My favorite things to do on the island are to go on walks with my one-eyes dachshund on the beach and under canopies of Oak trees in the park. I also love to go on horseback rides. I thrive when I'm surrounded by nature and love spending time with my kids when they come to visit. Fortunately , they too love it here (what's not to love?) and visit frequently!

Why they chose this property

If you are looking to stay in a central location and to be near the beach, then this vacation rental property is for you. If you like marsh views, that is close by too. You can see the view from the lookout point in The Bloody Marsh Battle site, located just across the road. This island has lots of history dating back to the 1700 hundreds! This is an original St Simons beach cottage that harkens back to over half a century ago, a time in the island's history when the place was a simple fishing village off the beaten path. I love being a vacation rental host and place a high priority on following enhanced cleaning practices and on making sure that guests feel welcomed and are comfortable during their stay.
