Charming and perfectly located, this coastal cottage is a hidden gem! Stephanie’s place was ideal for our end-of-summer getaway. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, everyone enjoyed plenty of room and no waiting after a long day in the sun. This is a great house. There are a number of beach chairs, several bikes and coolers, and all kinds of other things to be used at the beach. We were able to drive to a public beach access in about 3 minutes. The house is clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this house!

Second Time at this Great Property

It is a great property with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths which allows everyone their privacy. We have enjoyed both stays and can see the continuous upgrades the owners have made. Extremely easy to work with, providing timely info in advance and while you are there. We look forward to returning.

Purple door house

Location is great, close to everything. House was perfect for what we were looking for. Bikes and beach chairs were nice to have and backyard was great for grilling and hanging out. certainly would stay here again.

St. Simons Visit

This is a very nice place to stay. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and has everything you may need. It is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, historic sites, and shopping. The owners were easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property.

Very cute

Check in was flawless. Unit was very cute and nicely decorated. Unit was very clean. The appliances were very nice. Lots of towels, dinnerware, silverware, beach chairs, a charcoal grill, television and even bicycles. The location about halfway between Mallery Street & Pier Village and the commercial area north of the airport. Also very close to the beaches. We would like to return for another stay in the future.

I HAVE stayed at this location several times with my family, of 6 and my spouse. Each time we visit it's truly an invite to come back. The owners are the most considerate people who make your visit comfortable. My spouse and I are preparing to return for our 50th anniversary. we love this location for our family.

Perfect Place!

The house was clean and the layout was perfect. Even though we only needed two of the bedrooms, it has 3 very nice rooms with a bathroom in each. The location was amazing and communication with the owners was great. We are looking forward to our next visit! Wonderful rental and a wonderful Island to explore.

MY trip to St Simons is always enjoyable and it makes it more meaningful when you find a relaxing place to stay in while visiting. This house is everything you could desire to have and is so convenient. The facilities were clean and very well stocked. The owners are just amazing had complete contact with them they insured me of the stay and were very well organized. I look forward to coming g back real soon. Again it is a great place.

Clean, convenient and comfortable

The home had a bathroom for each bedroom. This was a nice convenience and gave us our individual privacy. Backing out of the driveway could be a little tricky with the high neighbor fence blocking the view. Overall, a comfortable stay

My stay at the house with the purple door

The house was amazing! Very walkable to everything but it was awesome having the bicycles. And we had everything for a day at the beach including an umbrella and chairs. The kitchen was completely stocked for meal preparation and the grocery store was very close. Although the restaurants are very good it’s nice to be able to eat at home. Each bedroom has its own bath which is something I’ve never seen. That’s a definite plus. And the sunroom was a plus! I’d definitely stay there again!

Coming over the bridge onto St Simons Island is like passing through a country gate into a beautiful hidden garden. This gem of an island is full of friendly people, quaint shops, an appreciation for art, excellent food, and fun for the entire family. You'll feel the relaxed island vibe as soon as you cross over. We bought this property in 1997 and have just recently decided to make it available for rent.

What makes this property unique

We love the location of our home primarily because of its great location and quiet surroundings. There are two parks nearby and more located in the village.
