Location was great. It would be tight for 8 people to stay comfortably. There is only seating for five in the living room, 6 in the dining room and 4 around the fire pit. The beds are comfortable and it was nice to have laundry on site. Community pool was quiet and warm.

Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. It was great having the beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The cooler was an added bonus and used daily. We saw some fold up wagons on the beach that would be beneficial for future vacationers if available. We had a great time and would stay here again and definitely would recommend to others. The only disappointment were the bikes, they were old, bent up and not useful for longer rides. They work fine for getting to the pool and back and that's about it. Such a great trip and awesome stay! Thank you:)

My family felt right at home staying here. Everything was clean, well maintained, and fully stocked so we were able to enjoy our trip. The pool is within walking distance and the beach was only a 10 minute drive with traffic. The beaches weren’t overcrowded and were clean. We love St Simons Island!!!

Great place to stay! Overall, it was very clean, with only a couple of small things we noticed that needed attention. Very comfortable with plenty of space. It is located in a quiet neighborhood outside of the downtown area, yet only a short drive to everything that we wanted to do.
