Located a short one-and-a-half mile from the beach, our Peachtree Cottage is comfortable and cozy with 3 bedrooms--2 with queen-size beds and the third bedroom with 2 twin beds, plus a queen sleeper sofa in living room. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. The hall bathroom has a shower and tub. The kitchen is open with a breakfast nook with a table and chairs. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. If you bring a pet, a $100 pet fee is added to the total.

Cottage is a real gem!

The Peachtree Cottage is a real gem in St. Simons! Immaculately clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated, and in a perfect location. Owner was prompt and helpful in communications. We will return to this property. Highly recommended!

Being close to everything

Was very comfortable at the cottage …all rooms were good size & clean…only thing thought might change is more room at toilets…all places & beach were so close to cottage

Absolutely a Great house in a great location. This house has everything . Decorated very well, colors were pleasing and nice artwork. The beds are comfortable. The pillows were the best. I will be back!

Fun holiday weekend

We had a great time staying in this house! It’s about 1-2 miles from everything and super convenient. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our hood at weekend. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect little cottage

We loved our stay at Mimi’s home. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore both sides of SSI and we love the proximity to East Beach public access. We will be back!
