Great location and roomy house!

My family really enjoyed our stay! I have been coming to SSI for over 40 years and this house is probably my favorite place I have stayed. The roomy home had plenty of places to hang out as a family as well as areas to spread out. It was fully stocked with everything you would need and more! It is a comfortable house where you can relax and feel at home. It is located a short walk to an uncrowded part of East Beach. We hope to go back soon!

Wow, lovely furnishings, many practical touches, beautiful nautical themed art and decor. The neighborhood has large oaks and the most beautiful path to the north end of East beach. We literally walked through a path of putting green grass and briefly through small wood to the sand.

We loved this beach cottage! It felt like home because of the warm and charming antiques and cozy nautical decor. We were only a short walk to the uncrowded part of East Beach. We were happy that chairs and beach toys were provided. We hope to stay there again!

St. Simons stay

This house was awesome. We had 5 adults and 2 children with plenty of space. The owner was very responsive when I text, and was very friendly. We loved the home decor, and our 6 year old loved the bell upstairs:). It was so convenient to the beach, and there was plenty of parking on the property which allowed us to bring our golf cart/trailer. We loved our stay here!

Wonderful week in St. Simon’s at a roomy, comfortable, nautically decorated home in popular East Beach. Just three houses from the beach access, we didn’t have to pack a cooler for a full day at the beach we could go back for lunch, snacks, cold drinks and toilet breaks. The layout of the house made it possible for my husband and I to have a roomy bedroom and private bathroom; and allowed our adult son, his partner and their one-year-old boy to have a separate bedroom and bath. Even more, the bright upstairs with two bunk beds and two twin beds provided a separate space for our younger son and two friends, with their own full bathroom.The house is well-stocked with plenty of plates, bowls and glasses and a good supply of cooking and eating utensils. We would definitely return.
