King bed suite with 2 walk-in closets, TV, and private bath with his and her sinks + 2 Queen bedrooms and a shared bath. Private saltwater pool and brand new outside gas grill ready for BBQ. Large TV in living room and comfortable seating area. Dining area ready for meals and memories together. Equipped with Wifi, Ceiling Fans, and AIR CONDITIONING. Outdoor security cameras provide peace of mind in the instance they're ever needed.

Home is conveniently located in NW Cape Coral, far enough from the noise and close enough to meet all of your everyday needs and wants - from restaurant dining, shopping, to entertainment. Short drive to Publix, Walmart, and Sam's Club. Nearby museums, parks for kayaking, fishing, and even manatee viewing. Local nightlife available or hotspots like Miami and Fort Lauderdale two hours away. Short drive to Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, and Naples.

Home is not pet friendly. No smoking inside.

Additional Note Regarding Electricity Usage:
Electric charges are determined at the end of the stay and must be charged via cash or credit card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants received an allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWH. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenant's responsibility.

Clean and Comfortable

This home is very clean, comfortable and well stocked with whatever you might need. Pool area is beautiful, inviting and a great place to relax and/or have fun. Peaceful location yet not far from shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this property!
