This was a wonderful resort, lots to do right on site, very close access to the beach. The condo is well stocked, clean and comfortable. Host was very accomodating and nice. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Location of the condo within the property was wonderful! Very easy access on the same level as the parking structure and all the pools. Only one flight of steps to get down to the bottom pools throughout the entire stay. It was great not having to go up and down an elevator or stairs to get anywhere you want to go. While the layout of the condo is very nice, this unit seems to have seen a full season of use prior to our visit. Slightly rough around the edges but great overall. Communication with the property owner was outstanding. Check in process was very easy. No issues whatsoever.

We stay at the waterscape every year and love it. This condo was pretty par with previous ones we’ve stayed in. A few things were broken like handles on drawers, lightbulbs out, etc. overall did not affect stay and would still recommend.

Great Holiday Vacation

This condo is everything it says it is. Loved all the space in this condo and especially having the door on the bunkroom. Also having the Xbox was a nice added bonus. We look forward to going back when the weather is warmer so we can fully take advantage of all the amenities.

This property was nothing short of spectacular. The condo was spacious and very well cared for. The manager communicated extremely well and was available if needed. The amenities at the site were great for kids of all ages and the complex is beach side to white sand and clear water.

Great time!

My parents go down every year for 2 months, my 4 siblings and i all met them down there for the week we had a great time other than the warm pool being under construction the whole week. Wish we had known that. But spacious condo with nice upgrades. We definitely wpuld be interested in renting the unit again of we go down again. Thanks so much!

The owner, Rick is very nice to work with. I appreciated his quick responses to my inquiries. The room was just okay. I highly suggest hiring a new cleaning service as we had to clean the room ourselves after it was cleaned for the second time after our arrival. This doesn’t reflect the owner as he was nothing but kind.

Fabulous Vacation

So glad we chose this condo. It was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Loved that there were two king size beds and that the bunk bed area had a door that closed it off for privacy. Steps away from parking garage for easy unpacking and packing. Same level as the toddler pool area and the smaller pool which makes it a great location if you have young children. As stated in the listing, the balcony is large but only has a small view of the ocean. Not a problem for us as we spent more time out in the pools and beach. Owner was wonderful to work with and adressed all my questions. You will not regret renting this unit nor working with the owner. We look forward to next year!

We really enjoyed this condo. While it is not ocean front we found that the location was very convenient to the pools, the ocean, and the outside door to the parking lot. The inside hallways are really nice! I wasn't expecting that added pleasure. With the 2nd floor location there was no need to lug beach chairs up stairs, just down the hall and out through the pools. The condo was nicely furnished, had everything we needed for a home away from home stay. The owner and the staff were very quick to fix a broken bathroom door lock and a missing cable box. Our only wish is that there was a better view of the ocean, but due to a hotel being built next door there is no longer a view of the ocean. We just went outside to the beach instead :) We would definitely rent this condo again and really appreciated the owner, the staff, and the great amenities.

Fabulous Condo

My family and I rented this unit Aug. 3 – 10, 2013 and we absolutely LOVED it! It was perfect for our needs……no complaints. The unit was clean upon our arrival and it was well stocked with everything we might possibly need during our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything, right down to the blender for smoothies. The only thing we brought, for our convenience, was a gallon tea pitcher, a griddle for large family breakfasts, insulated plastic cups for the pool area and family games. There is plenty of storage throughout and the convenience of the stackable W/D to clean beach & bath towels was great. The second master was perfect for our grown daughter and her husband and the bunk room was ideal for our two younger kids. While there is construction in the adjacent lot, it was not at all disruptive and my husband and I enjoyed quiet time on the balcony. The condo is on the 2nd floor and is conveniently located to the parking garage, pools, beach, many restaurants and the Publix grocery store across the bridge. Overall, this was a great vacation and we would definitely rent this unit again.

Very clean, great floor plan, very convenient access to garage and pools

First Rick is a pleasure to work with. Very courteous, professional and prompt on all communication. Second the unit is very clean and well maintained. The flow of the floor plan is great. Plenty of storage. Door on bunk room nice bonus. Convenience of unit to garage and out to pool outstanding. It is a bit of a hike through a maze to get down the elevator and out to the beach. Amenities in unit icing on the cake with Netflix, Xbox etc. laundry and dishwasher so awesome. Only negative is the view from balcony. Can not see ocean. Watched construction next door with large crane. My 7 year old loved watching them work but it was not very relaxing for adults and no shade. Great view for fireworks for now until tower is fully built. Soundproofing of unit superb we never heard noise from construction or hallway. Lots of restaraunts are walkable which we were grateful for. Resort grills are cleaned daily impressed me. Pools also cleaned daily. Rocking Tacos, old bay steamers, Helen back pizza all great. Thank you for an amazing week!

Best priced unit!

We stayed in this unit last year and are getting ready to book the unit again. The unit was exactly as described. The location of the unit is the ultimate location for families with small children (we have a 3yr old). Photos on website are identical to unit appearance. When we stayed last year (before the new neighbors) you had a good side view of the ocean and pier. The unit was clean and well stocked with the necessities. The owner was unbelievably timely in responses to our questions. His normal response was within hours of my email. The ammenities were so amazing we rarely left for other activities. The toddler area was PERFECT for our 3 yr old. It is a small, completely enclosed area with just the right amount of water for splashing so you don't have to hover over them every second. Plus there are nice gas grills located around the area that allow you to cook lunch & never have to leave the poolside! We did visit the Gulfarium just right down the road on a rainy day. It was nice and a perfect activity while waiting for the rain to clear. I have already recommended this unit to several friends and family. The list of positives could go on & on. My only complaint would be what another traveler commented on, the beds. We have recently upgraded our beds at home with memory foam mattresses and down comforters to sleep under so these may have seemed less comfortable due to that fact. Other travelers may find them perfectly fine. The mattresses were comfortable but were well worn. The comforter and blankets were nice and clean but were not luxurious. CLEAN is the utmost of importance to me so we have chose to overlook this VERY MINOR flaw in the bedding issue and book the unit once again. I would highly recommend you don't even research any further units. Just book this one. You cannot beat this!
