AMAZING
An incredible property with views, peace & quiet and all amenities needed for a relaxing 8 night stay. Justin, the property manager, was friendly and timely in his communications but truthfully, there wasn't much to talk about because it was so wonderful. If you're looking for a great getaway which is accessible to Hotchkiss and Paonia, book now!

Wedding
We spent a week here as we prepared for a wedding. It made for a great place to start and stop our busy days as we got ready for the wedding. Minute's to get to anywhere or anything. Glad to have a place to go to and not bother anyone.

Excellent alternative to a hotel
My partner and his business colleague needed accommodation for 4 nights in the area and hotels were fully booked, a long distance away and extremely expensive. This whole house accommodation provided two bedrooms and two bathrooms (and more if needed) as required for half the price of a hotel. It’s location was perfect for where their business was being carried out as they had a rental car and could drive to its location. A vehicle, however, is a must to access the property. Everything was clean, tidy, well provided for and it was a nice extra touch that the host had provided several unexpected items for their arrival. Unfortunately, due to the nature of their business, my partner and his colleague had very little time at the property other than sleeping and showering. Anyone looking for excellent value in a remote location should check this property out, it’s peaceful and quiet, extremely well appointed and cared for, good value for money.
