Enter the foot path and notice the 100+ year old embossed “Barlow” in the path leading through the front yard to the spacious front porch with lots of seating to watch the small town of Hotchkiss as it flows by. Through the entry door into the foyer, be prepared to be wowed. The main level has a great room, modern kitchen, dining and necessities such as mudroom, laundry, bathroom and more. Highlight of the equipped kitchen is a large cooking island crafted out of a vintage railroad desk with barstool seating. Grand stairs lead to upper level with 4 grand bedrooms illuminated by gracious natural light. All wood floors were restored and exhibit warmth and richness full of era correct ambience and antebellum character. Tastefully decorated cozy rooms of the upper level shared bath and clawfoot tub and shower provide comfort and tranquility.
