This newly renovated sleek modern bungalow is perfect for your stay, whether short or longer term, in Salt Lake City. Located just barely on the west side of I15, the home is close to the airport, downtown, the mountains, and everything else Salt Lake has to offer.

Come visit Salt Lake in this cozy unit and bring your pet too (see rules and fees below). The backyard is also fully fenced for your furry friends!

You have access to the entire home.
There is NO offstreet parking at the property. There is only free street parking. The street is pretty quiet and wide with plenty of parking spots.
Other things to note
PET RULES:
We allow (2) pets ! You must agree to: $25/night per pet fee, added to booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets.
HOUSE RULES-
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 6 guests in or on the property at any time, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You may be charged for any guest who arrives with you at the extra guest rate on our listing regardless if they stay over night as well so please let us know if you will be having any other guests so we can send an alteration request or request for additional guest fee. Just because it can sleep 6 doesn’t mean that all 6 are included in the base rate. There may be extra guest fee’s after X # of guests and they will be required to be added officially
3) This is a self checkin property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Airbnb through the house manual or checkin guide. You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. You can find our house manual and checkin guide here on the airbnb platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your airbnb host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.
4) Fee's: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking of the rules set forth.
5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in good will with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by airbnb or host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees in the event that a court proceeding is needed.
6) Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM.
7) By Booking a reservation you are hereby waiving all rights to pursue legal action against owner or host for any injury or harm occurring during your stay, You understand and agree to accept liability in full.
8) You agree to cleanup after yourselves and that our cleaning fee is not for heavy cleaning. You need to do your own dishes after use.
9) We don’t allow mail delivery as this unit has no mailbox. Please use Amazon locker or equivalent. Please speak with the host first if you need to send mail.
10) Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. Host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration at least at a partial amount to the discretion of the host.
12)There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE if you are at the property without proper authorization from the host. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking of the rules set forth.
These rules may seem intense, but we are very easy going when our lovely guests follow the rules and 99% of them do. Its our pleasure to host you!

The house is located just on the other side of the freeway in the hip and up and coming Granary neighborhood.
The Granary area has tons of breweries, restaurants, and cool shops.
Located only 5 minutes from Downtown Salt Lake while still having a very "neighborly" feel.

What makes this property unique
Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
