Unit is on ground floor, balcony is facing a blvd, there's good landscape and some distance from the street, but please aware it'll be some traffic noise when balcony/window is open for some guests.

-NO PARTY nor EVENT allowed. Family and friends small gathering is welcome :)
-SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY! no smoking allowed indoor and outdoor.
We kindly ask all guests to refrain from smoking anywhere on the premises to ensure a clean and healthy environment for everyone.
-Upon 24 hours of booking, reservation holder must provide items below via guest portal for community safety and verification purposes:
We require the following:
1.A picture of your ID
2.A list of your overnight guests' names.
-Check-in time: anytime after 3pm
We apologize that an early check-in request is not feasible due to our rigorous cleaning schedule and operational constraints.
-Check-out time: 11 am
Unauthorized Late check-out: $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for late check-out. Extra $100 fee per hour will be charged in addition to any charges that may have impacted the following guests.
-The reservation holder must have a clear profile picture.
A clear profile picture helps us recognize our guests and enhances security within the community.
-THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS will be canceled immediately with no refund.
To ensure a smooth booking process and safety for all, we only accept bookings made by the actual guests staying with us.
-NO EXTRA OVERNIGHT GUESTS without prior approval.
If you wish to have additional overnight guests, please seek our approval beforehand.
-NO PETS allowed unless an agreement is in place.
We have a no-pet policy unless agreed upon in advance, to accommodate guests with allergies and maintain a clean space.
-NO candle, nor fire of any kind.
Fire safety is essential; hence, we prohibit the use of candles or any open flames inside the rental.
-Please respect our neighbors, QUIET HOURS 10PM-7AM.
Being considerate of our neighbors allows everyone to enjoy a peaceful and restful stay.
-$150 replacement fee for a lost clubhouse key.
-Only use blue beach towels at pool.
-NO Mail Box access. Package is delivered to locker in the complex for pickup. A message will be sent to you with access code and direction.
-Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
-LONG TERM STAYS (3+ weeks) are subject to an additional cleaning fee of $85 every other week to ensure cleanliness and comfort during your stay. This will be collected separately as an additional service and also help to avoid third party fees on guests.
-NO REFUNDS FOR THIRD PARTY AMENITIES: We are not responsible for third party amenity interruptions such as electricity, cell phone signal, water, or internet (for example, weather, downed power lines, no cell service, etc.). We are not responsible for property amenities being closed or serviced during your stay, such as pool maintenance, etc.
While we strive to provide a smooth experience, certain external factors may affect amenities beyond our control.
-Any issues regarding the property must be addressed directly to Freedom Sojourn immediately. Permission will be automatically granted for the host and/or hosting team or any assistants to enter the property to attempt to remedy any issue. Any denied permission of entry automatically forfeits your request for a refund to the host or Airbnb, and/or the space is determined suitable for the entire stay.
We are committed to resolving any issues promptly, and your cooperation helps us ensure a satisfactory resolution.
-Reservation holder is responsible for any MISSING or DAMAGED item(s) at the replacement cost of the item(s).
Please take care of our property, and in the event of any damage or missing items, we kindly ask for reimbursement.
-Please kindly notify us right away if something got broken, so the host can work on replacement asap.
Promptly reporting any damages helps us ensure a seamless experience for our future guests.
-Pest control is done periodically; we are not responsible for any insect’s activity found inside the home.
We conduct regular pest control, but occasional insect activity may still occur.
Early check-ins are usually not possible due to cleaning schedules.
-Booking this property and checking into our home constitute agreement to all of our house rules. You and your guests agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you see compensation of any type, including partial or complete refunds for any such disclosures as listed above.
By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our house rules and policies.
