The Space:
With a total area of 450 m², HOP Malibú offers spacious and well-distributed interiors for maximum comfort. Its modern design and wooden structure blend beautifully with the natural surroundings.
Relax in the living room with large windows that connect the indoors with the stunning outdoor views, and enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances and ample counter space.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to all areas of HOP Malibú, a private villa designed for your comfort. This includes four bedrooms with private bathrooms, all social spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, a second-floor terrace with a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, and an outdoor BBQ area. Private on-site parking is also included.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located within the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, a private setting with 24/7 security, direct beach access, lagoons, nature trails, and shared amenities such as pools, sports courts, and green areas. Just minutes away, you’ll find supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants, with quick access to Chincha, Pisco, and Paracas.
Getting Around:
The condominium is easily accessible from the Panamericana Sur highway (km 204), right across from a PRIMAX gas station with a minimarket and restaurant. From there, you can drive to Chincha (25 min), Pisco (10 min), Paracas (30 min), and Ica (1 h). Taxis or ride-sharing apps from nearby cities are also available.
Other Things to Note:
The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.
The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.
The property features a private terrace with a second-floor jacuzzi overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing.
