The first floor consists of 2 A/C bedrooms, a bathroom and a veranda with pergola and glorious views of the North Cretan coast, the White Mountains and the sunset . The ground floor consists of the 3rd bedroom, the main bathroom, the spacious living room, the open kitchen with the dining area and all the amenities.The living room opens to the beautiful lawn garden with various trees and blossomed flowers and local herbs, the private pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, an outdoor dining area, an outdoor shower and BBQ. There is a parking space for 2 cars in the plot and free parking in front of the property.

Why they chose this property
LOTUS villa is located in the most beautiful and quiet place of the traditional, picturesque village Prines and it has splendid view of the sunset, White Mountains and the Cretan Sea.
Also it is only 5' driving from Rethymno city, 2,5 km from the beach and 3 km from the University of Crete. The guests can do a lot of activities in this area, such as all the aquatic sports, walking in gorgeous nature, trekking, hiking, bird-watching, fishing, sailing, scuba diving, swimming, enjoying various sandy beaches, playing tennis, studying in the Cretan University's library (2.5 km from LOTUS), cycling, strolling in the beautiful city of Rethymno or simply relaxing near the LOTUS' pool and enjoy eating tasty local foods delivered from the nearby restaurants.
