The Hotty Toddy house was the perfect place for us to stay during move-in. The location was perfect, super convenient and quiet. The house was so nice and clean and had an amazing backyard space. We will definitely stay there again over the next four years!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotty Toddy House. The property was beautiful and very relaxing. The house had all the amenities we needed and is very close to the university and downtown. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Ole Miss freshman drop off

We drove 12 hours to drop off our freshman Ole Miss student in August. The house is in a quiet, convenient location for all things Oxford and Ole Miss. It is well appointed and comfortable, especially the beds. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a wonderful and cozy place to stay! It was a great location that was very convenient to the square, campus and Castle Hill. We stayed in this wonderful place for my nephews wedding and we absolutely loved it! Very clean, all amenities were well stocked, and I have to say, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! SO comfy!! Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Oxford! The owner was so nice and helpful with everything I needed!

Property was as described in listing. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Perfect spot for our family to visit with our son for the weekend. So much more comfortable and affordable than the local hotels! My son loved home cooked food I was able to make while there. This was the best college town visit we’ve had in the 7 years we have had college students.

Ole Miss Orientation - Great Townhouse!

This townhouse has 10/10 stars for all the right reasons. Great location and close to the square and Ole Miss campus. Great communication with the property owner. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 3. Very clean, fully stocked and very comfortable. Bedrooms were nice with walk in closets. The beds were extremely comfortable too. There were two dedicated parking spots for the townhouse which was nice. You will not go wrong choosing this townhouse. We hope to be back very soon.
