The space
This is a creatively remodeled penthouse in an exclusive area of Bogota convenient to the financial center. It is designed as a pied a terre for a working couple. And can sleep up to 3. It is not appropriate for children under 12 as the stairs and terrace are definitely not childproofed and unfortunately is not handicapped accessible.

It is a Triplex. Entry is on 1st floor and is only floor with access to the elevator.

First Floor: half bath open kitchen and living room. Large balcony.

Second Floor: Bedroom and full bath. Office. Second bedroom will be locked.

Third Floor: Kitchenette and huge terrace.

We have upgraded internet (20M) and HDTV in the living room and bedroom. The black out and privacy shades are automatic.

There are two dedicated covered parking spaces.

It is listed for stays of up at least 30 days but shorter stays might be negotiated.

Guest access
You will have access to all areas except certain closets separately negotiated, the computer and laser printer. There are towels, dishes, toiletries available for your use.

Check in and out. 12pm - 12 am.
