One star feels generous. This townhouse was so filthy and unprepared that we couldn't stay there on our first night.We received no check-in instructions. After repeated unanswered messages and calls, we spent 45 minutes with Vrbo support just trying to get inside. Once we did, we found dirty sheets and towels piled on both beds, garbage still in the trash cans, and a townhouse that had not been cleaned. We had to leave and stay in a hotel.We returned the next evening to made beds and emptied trash, but the problems continued. We found cockroaches, spiders, and spiderwebs throughout the townhouse. We couldn't locate extra blankets for the chilly nights and had to order our own.Then a COCKROACH CRAWLED ON ONE OF US WHILE WE SLEPT. That was the breaking point. We checked out a night early rather than spend another night there. We documented the conditions.The host blamed the cleaner and said, “This isn’t the standard we usually maintain.” Whatever the excuse, guests should not have to fight to enter a rental, flee to a hotel because it hasn't been cleaned, or wake up with a cockroach crawling on them.This was not a minor inconvenience or a few overlooked details. It was a shocking failure of basic cleanliness and guest readiness. We would never stay here again, and I strongly caution others against booking this townhouse.

Thank you for your review. The issued referred to in this review have been dealt with. The tenant was issued a substantial refund not only for the first night and the last night but also compensated for the difference in price for the hotel they stayed in the first night and the cleaning fee. I spoke with my cleaner and she admitted to missing the cleaning and we have set up better systems to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Per the reservation, the tenant stated only 2 people would be staying at the property. They only mentioned extra people staying once they needed the sofa couch. I did NOT charge them for the extra people. As for the coach roach, I consistently spray for bugs and so does the HOA. We are in the south and I cannot 100% guarantee no bugs will try to enter the property especially when it gets cold outside. As for the check in instructions, that was a technical error and I’ve spoken with Vrbo about the cause of it and found a solution. I did what I could to remedy every situation and went above and beyond. I’ve apologized to the tenants for the less than stellar stay and I aim to continue to provide a great stay like I’ve done for many others.

We are a family of four who stayed here for a dance competition at Carolina Theatre. It was an awesome location, just minutes from the venue and downtown restaurants, but also in the middle of a really cute residential area. Great communication with the host, who was quick to answer all questions. There was also really convenient parking in the back of the townhouse, which is great in a location so close to a downtown area. A prior reviewer mentioned ants, and we experienced that as well, but it looked like the host was trying to take care of the issue with some ant traps out. Overall, absolutely no complaints. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again if our competition schedule brings us back to Greensboro.

Great place to stay while in Greensboro. Clean, very nice area. Interesting layout with a bedroom on the first floor and kitchen/living on the 2nd floor, but it worked out well for us.

My family loved the townhouse, my kids especially enjoyed all the flights of stairs. Great location, central to lots of shops and restaurants and the freeway. Kyle was easy to reach. Would definitely stay again!

Market Weekend

I've stayed in this property many times while I attend HP Market. This property never disappoints. Location is great, roof top deck is a treat, Beds are comfy. Highly recommend if it's available.
