home that is located on Knoxville's historic Gay Street, this three bedroom, two bath condominium is perfect for both game day weekends, a night on the town or to stay in and cook a meal and relax.

The condo is within walking distance of casual or fancy restaurants and other entertainment venues located along Gay Street, Jackson Avenue, and The Old City. This superb condo features 20' high ceilings, tiled bathrooms, 70" TV, and brand new appliances and fixtures.
