Note: Royal Villa availability is not known or available until 1 day before or the same day of LHVC Guest check in date. Guest can inquire before or during LHVC check in, Host is available by VRBO messaging, if required by LHVC to support request for Royal Villa. Thus, Royal Villas are not guaranteed.

9) Sister Resort in Cabarete:
This is a boutique resort without all inclusive plan, which means you only pay for the lodging accommodation price. They have some optional meal plans a guest can purchase. All 1,2 and 3 bedroom units have a kitchen for guest to use and there are supermarkets near the resort area.
There are some restaurants in the resort and out of the resort as well near the beach that you can visit.

The accommodations at Cabarete are the following:

Presidential Suites Cabarete:
Studios – Maximum 4 adults.
1 bedroom - Maximum 4 adults.
2 bedroom - Maximum 8 adults.

Imperial Suites Cabarete:
1 bedroom – Maximum 3 adults + 2 kids.
2 bedroom – Maximum 4 adults + 2 kids.
3 bedroom – Maximum 6 adults + 2 kids.

Additional Guest fees to take into account are the following:

Service fee:
This is the weekly rate of the room that is paid online via the reservation form.
Each accommodation has a different service fee and this fee needs to be paid with guest credit card at checkin.

All inclusive:
This is the fee for food and beverage services. Is paid by the guests upon arrival and the current cost is US$130 per adult per night and US$50 per kid per night at the suites. In the Villas is US$150 per adult per night and US$60 for the kids (Kids must be 3 – 11).

Resort fee:
Guest staying in a different room or without a Host member onsite are required to pay a resort fee which is:
1) US$16 per person per night at Cofresi Palm, The Tropical, Residence Suites and Crown Suites; or
2) US$18 per person per night at Sunrise Suites, Royal Suites and Presidential Suites;
3) and/or US$25 per person per night at the Villas.

In Cabarete the resort fee is US$7.50 per adult per night (Kids 3 – 11 pay half of these resort fees).

* The resort accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Discover Card from a Guest. They also accept American US% dollars, Dominican Pesos and American Express Travelers Checks. However, resort will charge government sales tax (up to 18%), if Guest is paying with a credit card at Check-In.

Guest coming without the Host member will be given Blue Bands, which allow access to VIP areas such as NV beach, VIP beach, Cofresi beach, VIP pool, Lifestyle Royal Casino, special events and parties. They have access to buffets, bars, the breakfast made in the Villa every morning as well. They can also arrange their dinner reservations for the a la carte restaurants with guest service at the reception. When staying in Villas, no golf cart is available for guests

In order to make reservations,
1) Guest makes VRBO date request to Host.
2) Host to contact LHVC for Villa availability for Guest requested VRBO dates.
3) Host to complete the reservation form D for guests and provides to LHVC for any accommodation in Cabarete and Puerto Plata to reserve Guest dates.
4) Host accepts or declines Guest VRBO reservation request based on LHVC Villa availability.
5) Host confirms reservation with Guest within VRBO only.

In terms of the transportation as per my current membership, a guest receives the transportation free of charge from Puerto Plata Airport. Once reservations and flights are confirmed, send to Host your transportation request. (Must be sent at least 5 days prior to arrival).

Any additional guests that you wish to join you in the resort, who are not included in this confirmation, will be subject to a daily charge of US$80, and will be issued with a NON-VIP bracelet.
Please let us know your guests’ exact flight details at your earliest convenience, so we can make arrangements for their VIP transfer and welcome at Puerto Plata airport. Please be aware that if we do not receive your flight information in writing, a full seven (7) working days before your arrival, we cannot guarantee an airport transfer.

Date Alterations:
Please note that once a booking has been confirmed, you may only make date alterations, where we are given 90 day notice prior to the arrival date. We can accept alterations of 2-3 day movement of the confirmed booking to accommodate flight changes. All alterations are subject to LHVC availability.

VRBO & LHVC Cancellation Policy:

1) Greater than 30 days before check-in date, Guest can inquire, through written VRBO request message to Host, for Host to inquire LHVC Villa availabilty to rebook similar trip, within one year period from LHVC, original Guest check-in date, otherwise, Guest 100% forfeits after one year to Host and LHVC.

2) 0% refund for 30 days or less before check-in date. 100% funds forfeited to Host & LHVC.

Resort Regulations:
- Absolutely no pets are allowed in the unit or on property grounds. This includes pets left in vehicles. Violations will result in charges for additional cleaning.
- There must be a responsible member or guest of the traveling party of at least 18 years of age present for the entire duration of the vacation. Proof of age may be required.
- Only the person on the confirmation may check-in at the property. For any change to the check-in name, you must contact Host & Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club as soon as possible.
- Over-occupancy of the unit size confirmed will result in an upgrade fee and/or refusal of the extra persons from checking-in.
- Guests are responsible for actions taken by children and guests accompanying them in accommodations provided by Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club.
- Host or Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property for any reason. If any damage should occur while you are occupying the unit, you must notify the Host & Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club customer service department immediately. Guests are responsible for any fees charged due to damage.
- Host & Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club cannot guarantee the view from any units or the location of any units within the resort.
- Host & Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club cannot guarantee a specific location or accommodation requested.
- Host & Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club is not liable for any cost incurred due to a cancelled or rescheduled flight provided by an independent airline carrier.
- Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club (LHVC) guest access policy: Any member requiring additional guest access to the resort must notify the Host & LHVC customer service department 24 hours prior to arrival. All guests are subject to additional fees and Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club also has the right to refuse access or restrict access.
- Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club reserves the right to remove members or guests from the resort should their behavior be deemed unacceptable by the vacation club and other members or guests.

Listing Disclaimer:
All listing description information is accurate as possible. All Guests are expected to confirm 100% full travel plans (flight, lodging and airport pickup/return) with me, your Host for LHVC at least 5 days prior to Guest arrival to LHVC resort.

Please notify Host of any listing, inaccuracies, mistakes related to lodging, arrival, cancellation policy or booking, a minimum of 5 days after booking with Host and not less than 30 days before arrival to LHVC to ensure Guest Q's & A's are fully resolved.

*** The booking responsible Guest not adhering to Host request above and cancellation fees impact above by VRBO, Host and LHVC, the booking responsible Guest is 100% responsible to pay 100% of cancellation fees to VRBO, Host and LHVC.
