This condo boasts both scenery and convenience, situated at the edge of open space on the southwest side of town. You can walk to Main Street, the Frisco Bay Marina, Frisco Adventure Park, and the Rainbow Lake Trailhead, all of which are within a one-mile stroll or bike ride. Incredible skiing - at Copper Mountain (eight miles), Breckenridge (11 miles), Keystone (12 miles), A-Basin (16 miles), Loveland (17 miles), and Vail (27 miles) - is within an easy drive or bus ride as well.

No matter how you choose to spend your days, you'll be greeted back home each afternoon by wonderful community amenities. Enjoy access to an indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, and a grass tennis court. The condo even has its own balcony and gas grill for summer barbecues overlooking the mountains.

Spring break trip

Stayed there for a spring break. Nice apartment. Has everything you need to cook for a family pots and pans. No information on how to get to the laundry room and to the hot tub. Sent an email to vacasa - no answer. Had to ask people how to get there. No place to dry boots and gloves after skiing. Carbon monoxide detector started ringing on the second day of our staying- maybe faulty battery. As there is no way to get in touch with customer service we just unplugged the detector. The AC/ Heater display broke and the heat stopped working we had to restart it. Overall it’s an older apartment.

Disappointed in the property but love Frisco

I sent Vacasa today our review and expressed our disappointment in the property. It is dated and the owners need to fix a few things, such as replacing the motorized recliner that has the footrest sticking out, tear in shower curtain in guest bathroom, can't close or open patio shades (plastic hanger is broken laying on the carpet), shades in master bedroom difficult to work, countertop by stove next to refrigerator with a burnt spot.

Frisco condo

We loved that the condo was on the first floor. The view from the back deck is beautiful. The condo is definitely in need of updating and deep cleaning. The beds are comfortable. Carpeting in Living room is dirty and stained and should be replaced.

Disappointing

This condo has one of the most gorgeous views in all of Mountain Side. It is unfortunate that this condo is in great need of some TLC. When we arrived, the unit had not been adequately cleaned. The main room had not been vacuumed or dusted with crumbs on the carpet and coffee table. The microwave had so much grease on the front of the door that I could have written my name in it. The oven was dirty. The sliding glass doors were so filthy that it was impossible to see the beautiful view. In addition, the blinds on the sliding glass door are missing the parts to make it work, so we had to operate them by sliding them manually back and forth. A difficult task. The toaster, coffee maker, and microwave are very old. The brewed coffee is only slightly warm and must then be heated in the microwave. There is a ceiling panel missing from the florescent lights in the kitchen. In the livingroom, there is a broken down recliner that is in the reclined position and cannot be adjusted to be upright. It just takes up room but is not usable. The faucet in the kitchen is broken and takes a great deal of strength to operate. The carpets and floors are very dirty. The closet in the main bedroom is full of carpeting, paint cans, and a broken chair, so much so that it is barely usable. I notified Vacasa, and after investing almost all of the first day of my vacation waiting, the cleaning crew did come to finish cleaning the condo. I was told that the maintenance issues would not be addressed but that I would receive a credit to compensate me for my time and inconvenience. That credit never happened! I would not choose to stay in this condo again, and I definitely will never book through Vacasa again.

Frisco Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The Check in and check out process was easy. We also liked that the club house was not too far away. We were also on the first floor and close to the garage which was nice. Would have been nice to have some sponges for cleaning. We also could not figure out how to use the recliner and one of the stools was broken. It was not clear as to how I could contact anyone with concerns. Overall, the condo was enjoyed by all of us and we would stay again!
