You were a great guest and left the home perfect! Thank you so much for getting the mail. It was supposed to be forwarded to him so I am not sure what happened.
The home was charming and welcoming. The host really captures the Florida and beach "vibe" with the decor. The privacy of the backyard, with a real coconut tree, is a wonderful early morning and end of day retreat. It would great for dogs. The location of the rental is also perfect for accessing great shopping, restaurants, groceries and the many beautiful beaches. Then at the end of a busy day, returning to the property and the privacy of the yard was truly appreciated. The host has a binder with information, local highlights and recommendations. This reflects how much the host cares about guests' and their experiences.I wholeheartedly recommend this rental.Danielle M. Ontario, Canada

About the host
Hosted by Carol
I’m someone who believes that home is more than a place—it’s a feeling. I come from a background where doors were always open, conversations lingered long after dinner, and guests were treated like family. That way of living shaped me, and it’s at the heart of why I love hosting today.
I’ve always enjoyed the simple pleasures: good food shared around a table, morning light through the windows, quiet moments with coffee, and the excitement of discovering new places and stories. I love travel—not just the destinations, but the people you meet along the way. Every journey reminds me how meaningful it is to feel welcomed, comfortable, and at ease wherever you land.
Being a host allows me to bring all of that together. I genuinely enjoy creating a space where people can relax, reset, and feel at home—whether they’re here for adventure, rest, celebration, or a fresh start. I take pride in the little details because I know they matter: comfort, warmth, cleanliness, and the sense that someone truly cares about your stay.
Hosting isn’t just about offering a place to sleep—it’s about offering kindness, calm, and connection. I love knowing that for a short time, this space becomes part of someone’s story. And if you leave feeling rested, welcomed, and happy you chose to stay here, then I’ve done exactly what I hoped to do.
Why they chose this property
What I love most about this neighborhood is how perfectly it balances convenience and relaxation. Everything you need is close by, thanks to the central location, yet it still feels peaceful and laid-back. Some of the most beautiful beaches are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy sunrise walks, long afternoons by the water, or spontaneous sunset trips. One of my favorite features of the area is the large backyards—spaces that invite you to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the outdoors, whether it’s morning coffee, evening conversations, or simply soaking up the sunshine. It’s a neighborhood that offers both ease and escape, and that’s what makes it so special to me.
What makes this property unique
What truly sets this property apart is the feeling of a private retreat the moment you step into the backyard. Lined with palm trees, the large outdoor space feels both serene and inviting—a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The outdoor seating creates the perfect setting for morning coffee, casual meals, or evening conversations under the palms.
Inside, the home is just as special. Every space has been thoughtfully updated, with brand-new furnishings throughout that blend comfort, style, and functionality. The home feels fresh, clean, and modern, yet warm and welcoming—designed so guests can settle in immediately and feel at ease.
Together, the lush outdoor setting and the newly furnished interior create a space that’s both relaxing and elevated. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place to enjoy, recharge, and make lasting memories.
