2113 Hilton Head Resort will quickly become your family's favorite Hilton Head vacation spot! This updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers beautiful marsh views, an open floor plan and fantastic community amenities, including multiple tennis courts and pools!

The living area features a large, comfortable sectional sofa, Smart TV and access to a private balcony overlooking the marsh. The dining area, which is open to the living room, seats 8 comfortably. The well-stocked kitchen features white appliances and plenty of cabinet and counter space.

The main bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a beautifully tiled tub/shower combination.

The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom features twin bunks and a twin bed. Both rooms have Smart TVs. They share access to an updated bathroom as well.

In addition to being just a 5 minute walk to the beach, guests of Hilton Head Resort have access to amazing amenities, including a sauna, tennis courts, hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, onsite dining, as well as private beach access.

Enjoyed the condo and pools

The condo was very nice and spacious! There ended up being a lot of food and wrappers under the couch and some swim suit bottoms stuck in the curtains by the back of the couch from the previous stay so it seems it wasnt cleaned thoroughly otherwise everything else seemed clean! Although we enjoyed our stay and it was a beautiful condo and resort (pools were wonderful!!), the posting made it seem like it was closer to the ocean and had ocean views which was not the case. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, luckily there was a shuttle.

Love HHR!

Condo was clean and spacious. We feel that Sunset Rentals should have known more about the property. It would be good for them to know what is in the condo when a potential renter asks questions. We are potential future owners of a condo in Hilton Head and, at this point, do not think we would use Sunset Rentals as our property managers. We wish we were told there was a Keurig and a kettle in the property. We asked and we were told no on numerous occasions. We would have brought our own coffee pods, instead we had to go buy more. Little things like this matter. Shower valve in master shower didn't work properly. Kitchen sink faucet also didn't work so good. One of the bottom drawers in the refrigerator was cracked and not easy to open. The curtain in the living room was hanging on one end. Had we known that there MAY have been beach chairs in the property, we would have waited until arrival to use the $250 credit from VayK and rented bikes instead of chairs. That was a big disappointment. We spent $200 more than we needed to. It would be good to let guests know to wait until arrival to figure that out.

Location

Overall we had a very good experience and stay. I would, however, make renters aware that it is not easy access for someone who is handicapped. The elevator is located quite a distance from the condo so someone who requires a walker it is a challenge. We thought that by the description, that we would be on the ground level. We also was called prior to check-in that there were things that needed to be fixed and that they would be sending someone. The girl explaining it was polite and the man that came to fix things was nice. So all good but it should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. The condo was nice.
