Welcome to the Vineyard Condominiums; the perfect spot for a larger group or big family! You will be cozy and comfortable in our TWO side by side condos (literally 10 feet apart) that hits the TRIFECTA of locations for Branson! We are conveniently located in between the Branson Strip, Silver Dollar City, and Table Rock Lake.

You will be getting 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms, & 2 side by side patios!

The space
-These 2 SEPERATE condos are located in the same building on the bottom floor directly across from each other.
-You will have to walk down one flight of stairs to the bottom level of the building.
-Enjoy your group close by, but with still plenty of space to spread out.
Guest access
-There is no need to check in with anyone. A unique lock code combination will be sent to you 3 days before check-in, and you will access the condos via a smart lock.
-There are owner’s closets in both condos that will be inaccessible to guests.

*OTHER INFORMATION*
-Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for use during their stay should they run out.
-There is a RING voice/security camera facing the entrance of the condos. There are no cameras inside the condos. This is for guest and owner protection.
-Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during the entire stay.
-Smoking of any kind is not allowed. You also must be 25 feet away from the building if you do smoke.
-Guest must provide a copy of their government issued identification to verify age.
-We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance when booking. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather, sickness, etc. that is out of the owner’s hands.
