Prime location - Beachfront House

Revel in the front row views of the ocean and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing.

Malka is nestled within its reigning location, ocean front along one of Santa Teresa’s hot spot locations, the white sand Banana Beach. A dream holiday to say the least.

First bedroom, equipped with a king size bed, walk in closet and its own spacious ocean view bathroom that includes his and hers stone sinks, rain shower, eco toilet.

Secondary bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed and connected are: water closet, and bathroom with a rain shower as well as a stone sink.

Between the bedrooms is where the small kitchen is located. Equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, double burner stove and other kitchen utensils. Everything you need to prepare your daily meals.

The terrace area is generously equipped with a hammock and plenty of seating to enjoy the warm Costa Rican weather and the outdoor "Pura Vida" lifestyle.

Amazing and Beautiful Property

We had an amazing time staying in Saint Theresa. The location of the property was perfect, right on the beach and you are able to walk downtown in under a minute. The site manager was great. She helped get us ATVs that we used for the duration of the stay and ensured our stay was relaxing and what we hoped for. I would highly recommend staying here as you are right on the beach. A wonderful town, place, and community.

See and hear the surf

Very comfortable two bedrooms with all the amenities we needed. The deck was my favorite place to sit and enjoy a few cups of coffee every morning watching the surf. The beach was very nice and not overly crowded. Sophie was excellent and treated us well. Very responsive to any issues we had.

Absolute perfection

This Vrbo was absolutely incredible. It was a perfect set up for a family of four. The house is beautiful and so functional - really appreciated the air conditioning! The location was great - so close to restaurants and shops and right on the beach, which with kids was great - we could walk to swim or surf without having to pack up the vehicle every time. I cannot say enough about this location, do it!!! Worth every penny

the Perfect Beachfront getaway

Had a perfect 5 night stay at Malka. EXACTLY what we excepted and it was wonderful. Everything was well maintained and the bed was comfortable. Sophie/manager and her team were stellar in every way. Being steps from the beach made for beautiful sunsets every night. We will be back. The house is an easy 3-10 minute walk from any store or restaurant that you can want. We will be back. --- thanks for a great week.

Great spot

We had a wonderful time here. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean view & the super short walk to the beach. Sophie was great and helped us get set up. Would love to stay here again.
