The south Royal Oaks splash pad is perfectly located in Visalia California. Anything you needed was close by and super comfy beds! We were in the area to visit some of the national parks and we were happy to have such a nice place to come home to each evening. We were so busy with our daytime adventures that we never made it to the pool, but it was nice to have that option if we needed it.A sweet little added touch is the beautiful lime tree growing in front of the house! We were first time visitors to California and we enjoyed our stay!

The property was clean and efficient. Kitchen well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Hot water takes a couple minutes to come on in shower but then it’s nice and hot and lasted through several people showering. I would book there again if in the area.

Hal was a terrific host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with.Although we had no need to cook, the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our group of 10, and the house was immaculate!Would definitely stay again if the need arises for a large family stay again.

Hal, our host, was helpful and thoughtful. We were in town to visit relatives in Tulare, and this home was the perfect place for us to stay. I loved how the home felt cozy yet spacious—and that it was pet friendly (since we brought my brother’s pup). Our family invited us to the roller rink, and the house is only a few mins away, so that was nice. Would totally recommend for families or friends.

Kitchen had 2 forks, 3 spoons, and 3 bowls. No wine glasses, only large glasses. This is a 6-7 person house, and should be stocked accordingly. Owner was a little slow to actually bring additional silverware. House was very clean.

The house is even better than in the pictures. I had so much space and everything was clean. I accidentally locked the garage door opener in the car in the garage but reached out and got help right away to get back into the garage. I loved my stay and would come again.

Good location, nice neighbourhood

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a great location, close to everything. Hal was an excellent host. Very good with information for easy checkin and very quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. We won’t hesitate to stay here again if we pass by this way. Thankyou Hal.
