Main bedroom features a king bed plus its own private bath with walk-in shower. A large secondary bedroom features a full size bed, upper twin bed and a twin trundle! Steps away is an updated full second bath. 3rd bedroom with queen bed and adjustable bed frame. An open concept living area with 65 inch TV is convenient to a completely updated kitchen with large eating bar.
Washer/dryer is also provided. Spacious kitchen with all the bells and whistles to make your stay comfortable.
Open air dining under huge umbrella on the private outside deck. An electric grill is provided for the guest who likes to bbq. Spacious fenced yard completes this idyllic outdoor retreat where kids and pets are free to roam.

Really nice stay

This is a clean, well-maintained property that’s a great quiet location in Sarasota - just a few minute drive to most things. Communication with the owners was very good. They were very accommodating. Beds were super comfortable.

A little piece of heaven

The house was perfect! We each had our own rooms and there were two full baths so that was great. The communications was the best I have ever had. The description of the house was on point. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the house.

Perfect home and location!

This was the perfect house for our family. We’re big Oriole’s fans so the location was ideal. Very clean, which is most important. Hope to return next March!

We share time in both Sarasota and Austin, TX...we love a warm climate and the beaches in Florida are amazing! We met playing tennis and have discovered pickle ball is fun too. If you like either of these sports, you'll find public facilities for both within 5 minutes of the house! When we're not parenting teenagers, we enjoy time with friends, watching and playing sports, and eating at our favorite spots. Welcome!! Wade and Sarah

Why they chose this property

We chose this home because we loved the neighborhood. It's charming and quiet, yet close to so much. The Legacy Trail is only blocks away where you can walk or ride a bike all the way to Venice if you want. We liked the open floor plan and the large private back yard. There's plenty of room to expand the home and add a hot tub or pool down the road as well.
