Our home is the perfect base for vacationers looking to experience everything Sarasota has to offer while living in a relaxing neighborhood.
The space
Spacious, Sun filled home with an Open-Floor plan from Living room to Dining Room and Kitchen! Love to cook? We have a fully equipped kitchen filled with a gas range, pots, pans, oils, and spices! Enjoy your favorite beverage overlooking the serene private yard! This stylish home is perfect for group trips.

Each room has plenty of space to relax and unwind. There’s 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enough beds to sleep 6 (1 Queen, 2 twins, and a brand new daybed for one up top and one on the bottom). One of the bedrooms also serves as an office space.

The charming double wide french doors lead to the private fenced outdoor space. There's also a front and backyard patio area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Our mid-century modern style home has been entirely remodeled, with stylish modern decor and high vaulted ceilings throughout. It's a comfortable and special place to call home when you need an escape from yours.
Other things to note
We also provide beach supplies, including beach chairs and fluffy towels, so you can make the most of your beach vacation.

Secret short cut to the Legacy Trail - go down the block, make a right and cut right through onto the trail.

Cute home/good location!

This was the best property owners who were responsive to our needs. Most comfortable beds we have slept in for a Vrbo rental! They had great kitchen supplies we needed for a monthly stay! I felt like I could settle in and make it my home! Such a great location to legacy trail, pompano pickleball and beautiful downtown and many beaches!

Clean, convenient and cute

Excellent property with everything you would need for a stay. Easy check in. The outside area was a bonus, giving each of us a space to spread out and relax. The host responded quickly with each question and was very friendly. Location is convenient to downtown Sarasota and a short drive to Bradenton. Nothing in walking distance but driving around the area is easy and safe. Only suggestion would be for a towel hook in the bathroom! Thanks for a great stay.

We planned a last minute trip for my grandmother to see a friend that was not doing well. We thought there is slim chance we could get a property near her friend, have a quick drive to the beautiful beach, beautiful 3 bedroom home and in our budget! PRAYER ANSWERED! We first thought we would stay Tues-Friday —but then after we had booked needed Monday as well. I messaged the host and with a quick response he was very accommodating and made sure the house was ready upon our arrival. When we entered the home, it was just as the pictures were and smelled very clean! The backyard was perfect for kids to run and play and at night we loved the lighting! The beds slept great, the host was very quick with responses—We needed more dish rages and he had them delivered to the home!! Overall it was a beautiful home, beds slept great, host did an excellent job with communication, and was very accommodating!!!
