3 bedroom 2 bath home in west Bradenton just minutes from beautiful Anna Maria Island with miles of white sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, deep sea fishing and parasailing. There is free parking at all beaches and there is a free trolley that you can ride all over the island and get on and off as many times as you want.

Just 15 minutes from Sarasota airport and 5 minutes from IMG Academy. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and golfing. One mile from GT Bray park which has tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, play grounds, dog park, pools, etc. Also a very short drive to Robinson Preserve where you can spend hours walking or biking through mangroves and observe Florida's wildlife. Only minutes away from entertainment and the Pittsburg Pirates spring training facilities. The world famous Siesta Key beach is a short drive away. Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal are all within a two hour drive.

The house has WIFI and cable TV. Security camera monitors the front of the house. Fully stocked kitchen: Pots, pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, etc.). Newly refinished heated saltwater pool and privacy fenced in back yard. Gas grill for a cookout and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Beach equipment provided includes: Umbrella, beach chairs, beach blanket and towels. The house also has a two stall garage for parking. Home away from home!

Affordable place- convenient to AMI Beach, Lido key beach and many more. House came stocked with amenities. Host Chris brought us a highchair and pack n play for our 8 mo old. House was clean and felt safe in the neighborhood!

What stood out to me at this property was the communication from the host. We were asked the day after we got there how we were doing and if needed anything. Quick to respond when asked questions. The house was extremely clean. I’m very picky about this and very impressed. Quiet neighborhood. The location is great. Close to everything. Minutes from Anna Maria Island/beaches. The pool was fantastic. My daughter and her friend loved it!! It was great for our trip. Highly recommend!

We loved staying here. It is in a great location close to the beaches. The house was super clean, updated and the pool was great to spend time in. We will definitely be coming back again!

Great location in quiet neighborhood

This was our family’s first trip to Sarasota. The house was fantastic. It was clean, well stocked so we could prepare meals and the proximity to Anna Maria Island was great. The enclosed pool was a perfect way to end the day for our kids.

Great summer stay! My husband, 8-year-old daughter, my parents and I stayed in this house for a week in July. We enjoyed swimming in the pool each day, and the proximity to the beaches (15 minutes to Coquina Beach). Any kind of shopping you need is very close by, along with a great selection of restaurants. Really appreciate the house supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, dish and laundry soap, etc.). Beds were comfortable, and it was great being able to park the car in the garage to stay cooler. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you for your above and beyond hospitality, Chris!

Wonderful Vacation Rental

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful and clean home. The salt water pool was amazing! Chris was very communicative with making sure our stay was going smoothly. Wonderful stay, very restful

The family loved the house and the pool! It was extremely clean and the posting was accurate. We used the grill everyday. The last night we got fresh seafood from Cortez Fish Market and grilled everything. The kitchen was well stocked, better than we imagined. Already looking to book again or at one of their other properties. Check in and check out were hassle free. Wonderful,responsive hosts.

Beyond impressed with this rental. Stocked with everything you need for a pool day & a beach day. House is so clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Perfect set up.
