Very clean, nicely decorated and very quiet. Fully stocked with everything you need in appliances and extras. Great location and easy to find. I will definitely stay here again. Owner went above and beyond and was very responsive throughout my stay. Overall a wonderful experience. I wish all rentals went this perfect.

We enjoyed the stay, house located in a central location and 10 minutes from Anna Maria Island. Has a small cooler and 4 beach chairs.Plenty of board games and a nice backyard. Very spacious house perfect for families with children. Kitchen is fully supplied. Host is very communicative and informative.

The property was very clean and very pet friendly. The host was always available and responded very quickly. Nearby we found pharmacy, drugstore, hair, salon, wonderful, massage, studio, Great Nails Pl., Starbucks, dollar store, Marshalls, great breakfast and lunch place outside dining. This was all just within a few minutes. Also in less than 10 minutes was a dog park which was wonderful and had a separate place for large and small dogs. We also found GT Bray recreation center, which had great classes for yoga, swimming, water aerobics for all ages and abilities. There were several beaches nearby. It was notable that it was important to go to the beach early because traffic especially on the weekends could be difficult. Robinson’s preserve has a great 1.7 mile walking path as well as a much longer outer walking path through the preserve. There are many places to sit under shaded roofs, and much wildlife. This was pet friendly as long as your pet is on a leash.Sarasota is less than an hour away. We found great beaches there, boutique, shopping, restaurants, the aquarium -get tickets in advance. also the botanical gardens and sunken Gardens are amazing and both within an hour drive. So much to see and do, so much sun.Always returning to a nice snug home and a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. A very good place for my small dog also. This home was a great place for us and the host was wonderful.
