This 3 Bedroom Duplex is located in East Bradenton near Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, and close to Sarasota. It is near Lake Manatee State Park, Bradenton Motorsports Park, Fort Hamer Park, the Florida Railroad Museum, and Downtown Lakewood Ranch. We have renovated our home for maximum comfort with modern touches and with a fenced yard for children and pets. Our home is child and pet friendly. Ask if you need both sides of the duplex for 6 beds 2 baths total.

We are a family that has been living in Florida most of our lives. My husband Thomas has been in Florida since 1968 and I, Susanna, have been living here since 1987. We have a large family with adults children down to our 2 year old son. We are Real Estate agents and investors and truly love our Florida homes. We strive to make our homes family and pet friendly and live nearby in case you need anything.
Why they chose this property
We love this neighborhood because it is full of families and children. It has no restrictions and no HOA, so we are able to serve our clients without having to worry about some silly association with rules and regulations. Best of all, this street has a boat dock and boat launch nearby for those that love the water. Fort Hamer Park is 4 miles away, Lake Manatee State Park is less than 7 miles, Bradenton Motorsports Park is 9 miles. Lakewood Ranch and Main Street LWR are 12 miles, the closest beaches are about 20 miles. If you like Bush Gardens, it is a one hour drive and Disney is about 90 minutes.
