Paradise found! This comfortable 3-bedroom home in West Bradenton is a short drive to Florida's beautiful Anna Maria Island beaches. It features travertine tiles, a king-size bed in the master, a queen in the second, and two twin beds in the third. Enjoy a 65" TV in the living room and a 43" TV in the master bedroom. The dining area opens to a large screened-in lanai with a pool, and the backyard is fenced for privacy. A front-loading washer and dryer are included. Close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants, with easy access to I-75 and US 41, just 2 miles from IMG Academy. Wireless high-speed internet is provided. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Base rate covers up to 4 guests; enter dates and number of guests for a quote. Pet fee: $75/pet.

It was great! We enjoyed it a lot. One thing I tried to call the rental place to let them know but never got ahold of anyone is I think the neighbor climbs across the fence and swims in the pool. I didn’t want to put it in the review but I couldn’t get a person on the phone. Other than that it’s great.

Nice location

We enjoyed the pool and the nice big yard for our dog. The furnishings were kind of run down, like the dining room table (looked like it was collapsing in the center) but the beds were comfortable and clean. We had a great time in Bradenton.

Nice spring break

Perfect house for us. Grandkids loved the pool. And we especially appreciated the beach umbrellas, chairs and cooler for the beach.

It s an older home. But we love staying here. The pool is wonderful and the fenced in back yard is perfect for my dog. The air conditioner is a little old. It cools the front part of house well, but the back bedrooms (including master) are a little warm. The internet services, during this stay, was almost non existent. That was the worst part of our stay. My 3 year old granddaughter uses the internet and she couldn't do so. The location is wonderful. Only 8.5 miles miles from a public beach access. And accessible to many restaurants and grocery stores. We will be back for our 5th stay in the future.

Great House

It was a great location, the pool is amazing the house was great. It was nice having a washer and dryer on premises also a gas grill. Having all the amenities of home. There were pool floats there and plus we left ours for the next renters. Will for sure be back🌴🌞

Best place on the street!

The property was very clean over all. Some things I would've done if this was my property: Power washed house and fence, mold is growing on it, better land scaping ( much is over grown or just needs some love), power washed cement near the pool, more towels, supply of toilet paper and trash bags ( we bought it and left it there) spotting the walls would look nicer. ( areas where things were spilled and looked bad). Over all it was a nice experience and was a nice stay.

Quaint home in good neighborhood

This was our 2nd time staying here. Upon arrival, went out to the pool, to check the heat. The pool water was so low, that the pump had stopped working. I paid for 3 days of heating prior to our arrival. Obviously, no one had checked on the pool. I say this because, we're there for 7 days, and in 3 days our water never got that low. I did message the manager. We Did get refunded for 6 days of heat for the pool. Im not sure if this is a rental that gets used often. I say this because you could tell the floor in kitchen and the floor going out to the pool was not mopped. You could see footprints and dirt. Now for the good: perfect location for us, about 11 minutes from the beach access. Perfect for our dog, who is a special needs dog. Privacy fence was excellent! The pool itself was amazing. Quiet neighborhood. We will be interested in staying here again.

Not what I expected

Pros: The home is close to beautiful Anna Maria Island which was nice. The pool and backyard are beautiful. It is a large house and has a lot of places to eat close by. Cons: The home has a strong mold smell especially when you open the kitchen cupboards. The house could use a good scrub down including the walls. The grill outside is broken and very dirty. The tub in the spare bathroom does not drain well. The utensils were dirty in the drawers and the dishwasher does not clean well. The internet does not work well and I had better service using my hot spot. The shower curtain in the spare bathroom is covered in black mold and it did not have a liner. If this house were to get a deep cleaning and something done about the mold it would have been a great house.

We’ve stayed in better

Let me start with saying that the house itself was pretty much as advertised. It was a little dated and could use some updating but over all was as expected. The location was good as the neighborhood was quiet and was close to many restaurants and shopping. The pool was still very cold in mid April and would have been nice to be able to heat it a bit but aside from that it was nice and clean. The two main reasons for the lower rating is mostly due to the beds and the washer. All of the beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable. The master king seemed to be unlevel like the head of the bed was lower than the feet. We went and bought a 2 inch mattress topper and that didn’t even help a little. We ended up leaving a day early due to lack of sleep and back pain from this. Now on to the washer…We packed light because the ad stated there was a washer and dryer we could use. The first night when we showered we noticed all of the towels, wash clothes, and hand towels smelled like mildew and when we needed to wash some clothes we quickly realized why they smelled…the washing machine was so disgusting that we ended up buying more clothes instead of washing them. The washer smelled bad when we opened the door and the rubber seal on the front was completely black and looked as if it had never been cleaned. These two things alone are the reason we would never rent this house again.

Let me tell you!!

The pictures and house match BUT when we arrived right at 4 pm at check in the cleaning lady was still there and she basically poured water and floor cleaner on the floor and it was completely soaked but not clean. After the floor dried we swept and there was so much dirt and what looked like dog hair it was disgusting. The house was absolutely disgusting!! The sheets were covered in dirt and animal hair, even after stripping the beds and washing the bedding myself they still felt gross and all of us were broke out with what looked like bites all over us, the silverware was called in dried food not a single utensil was clean, the the cookware was covered in grease like they hadn’t been washed, the dish-ware were covered in cakes on food as well. The room with the two twins beds has ZERO air flow in it so whom ever sleeps in that room will be hot. The couch felt like it was covered in dirt and the cushion covers were ripped and kept coming off. The kitchen table is bent in the middle so it’s best to eat on the patio table for literally all meals. The ice maker on the fridge does not work. Literally the only good thing about this house is that it has a pool.

Arrived pool was dirty furniture dirty outside was had to get in touch with host all beds had urine stains on them and stained wanted washer full of mold and had too spend most of time cleaning couldn’t sleep most part sprinklers kept hitting bedroom window at late night when sleeping and early morning did not sleep or rest at this place informed host on sprinkler issue stop on two days started up just when I was to retire for evening at 1200 am then on again at 5

House mismanaged

Didn’t clean the house before we got there. Air didn’t work, fan in main bedroom needed repair, pool was dirty, lights in wash room needed new bulbs, ants ,spiders, and some other bugs. They turned the pool off two days early. TV worked early then stopped, just stopped. Not worth the money.

We were very happy with this property! The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was also clean and very refreshing to use early in the morning and at night! It was a great week spent in a location that was within within easy reach of great dining and the beach!

Summer Vacay!!!

This property was very nice and clean. Close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. My only complaint was that the pool tech didn’t skim the bugs when servicing the pool. There were no tools to do this ourselves. By the end of the trip there were a lot of bugs in the water. We would definitely stay there again!

Property needs loving!

This home could be amazing with some love and attention! But as is I would not stay again. The home was very dirty when we arrived with dog hair all over. Clearly no one had cleaned. There are cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, greasy dirt on top of the kitchen cabinets and the ceiling fans and bugs all over the kitchen. We did complain about the coffee pot leaking all over the counter and a new one was sent. The pool was a mess when we arrived and we purchased a brush and skimmer to work on it. The gutters have 6+ inches of leaves decomposing in them right over the pool which certainly does not help. The furnishings need help! We purchased silver ware as there was only 6 forks in the house and I got tired of washing them before every meal. There is 1 good beach towel in the entire house. The pillows are ancient and flat. The bedding was embarrassing! The pocket door in the master bath was 'stuck' in the pocket and could not close until we worked on it as all the hardware is bent and loose. It looks like a cat used the door casing in the master as a scratching post. The covered pool area was nice except the room leaked when it rained (probably because the gutters are so full). We did have a good time as we spent most of our time outside. Netflix and UTube TV where provided which was nice. As I told the property manager, the house needs some loving and attention. There was no property information when we arrived so we had to ask the neighbors when trash day was. They seem to be booked consistently so it's hard to do maintenance but it needs to be done. I was embarrassed to have my friends and family to the house and will not stay again.

Price/Quality Ratio???

1. not clean at all - cockroaches in microwave, barbecue grill, silverware drawer and countertops, we had it from the 1st day on, first time we saw as they run over our plates with food on the countertop - kitchen cabinet with mice droppings or from other insects 2. not clean at all - cat or dog hairs everywhere like dust bunnies on the floor, on the bedclothes and then of course on all our clothes 3. not clean at all - dirty kitchenware, kitchen dripping water faucet 4. detergent - only 3 dishwasher tabs and no washing powder and dirty washer 5. outside - dirty patio, pool area with especially large spiderwebs - pool light was not working - pool heater didn’t reached the desired temperature - outdoor lighting was not working and anyway it would be not sufficient for the backyard at all 6. remotes damaged with empty batteries, barbecue grill propane tank empty etc. etc. etc.
