Near several golf courses, near beaches. Lots of traffic everywhere which was due to the time of year, really. Rental was nice, clean.

Nice house band great location

Came to town for some spring training games. House was clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Pool was nice and a great way to cool off.

Great find!

We enjoyed our time here! Our hosts were great and communication was excellent. The house was a great size and we had plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. We were able to prepare meals very easily because we had everything needed including some of the basic spices. We enjoyed the lanai very much when the weather cooperated but we weren't brave enough to test out the pool as it wasn't warm enough for us. A bonus for us was the gas grill. The beaches of AMI were approximately a 15 minutes drive but you have to leave early (by 10) or the length of time it takes could double. Be sure to visit one of the many preserves in the area. We love Robinsons, Perico and Emersons. We also enjoyed the Pittsburgh pirates spring training game at LECOM field. I would not hesitate to return here if we return to the area. In town to shop

The space was adequate for our needs. Generally clean but furniture edges were dirty and corners of rooms. Needs a good deep clean to get a five star from us.
