Waterslide & Pool ** Wimpy’s Whereabouts!**

This cute cozy 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom duplex is completely remodeled. The bedrooms both have king size beds. There is an air mattress available in the unit. The maximum occupancy is 8 people (6 adults & 2 children) . There is a BEAUTIFUL community pool with waterslide for all ages! It comes with your stay at this property. You must sign a pool liability waiver if you stay with us that relieves the homeowner of any responsibility of injuries or death that could occur on the property. If the waiver is not completed before the allotted timeframe, the owner is able to cancel your reservation with zero refund and the reservation will be terminated. Please be respectful of all other renting guests, as this is a community pool. Pool hours are from 8AM-10PM. If a noise violation occurs after 10PM renter may be subject to a county police violation fee. There is a private grill and private pool access to this property. There are 2 parking spaces for this unit. Pets are welcome there is a $50 fee per pet- if the renter does not disclose pets that are coming 24 hrs before check-in, they are subject to $150 per pet fee.

Essentials are provided: Sheets for all beds, bathroom towels, pool/beach towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 pool of paper towels, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 laundry tablets, liquid dish soap, and 1 hand soap per bathroom.
