Your home away from home features fresh, charming decor, with a comfortable dining and living area, and a ...fully equipped kitchen, all overlooking the screened pool and the lake beyond. The large smart TV is the perfect place for watching a game or streaming your favorite shows. And after a meal, doing the dishes isn't a chore when you can watch the local birds and wildlife as they enjoy the lakeside setting.

The two bedrooms flank the living room. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, and another smart TV. The second bedroom, located on the other side of the house, features two twin beds, a smart TV. The second bathroom, with its tub/shower combination, is just a couple of steps away in the hallway.

Of course, you'll want to spend much of your time enjoying the large screened patio and heated pool. Overlooking the lake, it features a dining table and chairs for those times when you feel like taking your meals outside, chaises for soaking up the sun, and comfortable armchairs for relaxing with a book or magazine. You'll also find a gas grill on the patio, ready to cook anything from the best hot dogs in the sun to a delicious ribs for dinner.

Small dog owners will be delighted to discover the fully fenced-in back yard, a lovely spot for your canine companion to romp while you enjoy a day along the glorious beaches of Anna Maria Island, less than five miles away. You'll love exploring the miles of sugar-white sand and sparkling waters, where recreational opportunities abound. Hop on the island's free trolley to explore it top to bottom, from the village of Anna Maria at the north, through the shops and restaurants of Holmes Beach in the middle of the island, and south to Bradenton Beach, where the smallest slip of land separates the Bay from the Gulf.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee for the first week. There is an additional fee per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.
