This 3 Bedroom Duplex is located in East Bradenton near Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, and close to Sarasota. It is near Lake Manatee State Park, Freedom Factory, Fort Hamer Park, the Florida Railroad Museum, and Downtown Lakewood Ranch. We have renovated our home for maximum comfort with modern touches and with a fenced yard for children and pets. Our home is child and pet friendly. On a non-HOA street without restrictions, in a working class area. This is not in one of those communities where they monitor the neighbors and have matching homes. Please ask us if you need both sides of the duplex for 6 beds 2 baths total.

We stayed here for three nights during the Presidents Cup Lacrosse Tournament, and it was the perfect place to unwind after long days at the fields. We checked in after dark, and the property was well lit and immediately felt inviting.The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host’s communication was excellent... quick, clear, and very helpful throughout our visit.It was a great spot to rest and recharge between games. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area for lacrosse.

This rental home was the perfect choice for our family. Visiting for family medical reasons, we needed a place close to our parents, as well as close to stores and shopping needs. The neighborhood is safe and residential. The house is a three bedroom with a spacious living room. The back yard is fenced in and has a cute table with an umbrella and chairs…which was my morning coffee location. Each bedroom and the living has a large television and streaming services which all worked perfectly. The wireless connection was fantastic for business needs. Beaches are only 35-45 minutes away. We drove to Anna Maria Island one day and it was very convenient to drive to from the house. We will be staying here whenever we can the next time we have to visit Bradenton/Sarasota. Huge thanks to Susanna and Thomas for their hospitality and care,

We have a large family and live nearby if you need anything. We are Real Estate agents and investors and truly love our Florida homes. We strive to make our homes family and pet friendly and live nearby in case you need anything.

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood because it is full of families and children. It has no restrictions and no HOA, so we are able to serve our clients without having to worry about some silly association with rules and regulations. Best of all, this street has a boat dock and boat launch nearby for those that love the water. Fort Hamer Park is 4 miles away, Lake Manatee State Park is less than 7 miles, Freedom Factory car racing venue is 9 miles. Lakewood Ranch and Main Street LWR are 12 miles, the closest beaches are about 20 miles. If you like Bush Gardens, it is a one hour drive and Disney is about 90 minutes.

There is no carpet -so no worry about your children or pets ...and the fenced back yard helps both of them stay safe and sound. The location is amazing, close to Lakewood Ranch without the pet and use restrictions. We are also unique because we live a mile away, and can always be reached, making us responsive local hosts that care.
