Charming private Villa In Essaouria with swimming pool

Welcome to this beautifully designed Moroccan home. The house is designed with a Moroccan central courtyard which acts as a divider from the lounge area to the bedrooms. We have a large Kitchen/Diner with a chill out area, this is where the TV and the WIFI router are located. Within this side of the house we have one large bedroom with a King Size bed which includes an en-suite bathroom. This side of the house is bright and airy with sunlight.

Once you walk through the tradional courtyard, you then enter into the bedroom area. We have a small lounge which has access to the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom. The main bedroom on this side is equipped with a a King Size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have Double size beds. All bedrooms have storage and hanging space.

The WIFI is available via 2 separate routers 1 in each area of the house to get better coverage, you can unplug one router and take out to swimming pool area to get good coverage when outside.
The drive to the medina or the beach is between 7-10 mins. The local shop is about 5 mins drive and the main Carrefore shop is about 7 mins in the car. The Grand Taxi (takes max 6 people) fare is normally about 100 dhs (£8) and smaller taxi (takes 3 people max) is about 70 dhs (£5) . The Taxis can be ordered at variable times during the day for your conveinence.

An excursion can be arranged every Weds - there is a local souk at a Village of Ida Ogourd where you can buy local produce It is something to see and experience at least once. You will be also be provided with some traditional lunch at a local moroccan house and finish off with some Moroccan mint tea. (available to pre-book)

This superb Villa is built within the 2000m2 land with a beautiful garden and a large swimming pool with its covered terrace. The sorrounding views of the landscape are fantastic and not forgetting the amazing sunsets. We have a walking path all round the villa which is ideal for early morning or evening walks. Within the Villa grounds we have a seperate outbuilding which is used to house the property manager and gardener. The property manager will be available to support your needs.

The daytime temperature in Essaouira ranges from 15 degrees to max 32 degrees it averages about 23 degrees, it is a very pleasant climate. We have therefore tried to be eco friendly as possible by Installing Solar Power. Our hot water is provided by a rooftop Solar Panel Water Tank and all of our electric is stored on batteries full from the sun through the solar panels on the rooftop. The water is supplied through our own well - which is located in the garden. We have 2 cozy Log Fires if needed - one in the main Kitchen/Diner lounge and the other in the bedroom side lounge.

Twice weekly DIRECT flights to Essaouira Airport from London Stanstead via RYAN AIR as cheap as £14.99 one way off peak and peak times approx £80-£100 per person. Daily flights from majority airports in UK to Marrakesh.

Essaouira Mogodar Golf club is about 15mins drive from Villa.

All other Excursions can be arranged - Quad Biking, Camel Riding, Horse Riding, Day Trips to Agadir and also Marrakesh.

Essaouira Airport transfers normally about 20mins transfer time from Villa at cost of 200dhs (£16) per Grand Taxi. The transfers from Marrakech Airport normally about 700dhs (£58) and about 2hours 45 mins Transfer time.
