Extremely spacious at 1150 sqft, fully renovated with washer and dryer included in unit. 2 bedrooms and 2 En-suite restrooms for everyone’s convenience. Minutes away from EA Sports Arena, ATT Stadium, and Globe Life Field. Short drives to both Downtown Dallas, and Downtown Fort Worth.
Bleu De Chateau is huge and has everything you need! You will feel right at home! The Primary bedroom features a flat screen smart tv and a very comfortable King size bed, a large dresser and walk in closet to put away clothes for those longer stays! The bathroom has a bath/shower combo with a jetted shower head. There is in-unit laundry, full size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent, bleach and softener. For those of you traveling for work, enjoy high-speed internet, we have a desk and (printer upon request). In our spacious living area, there’s a full-size sleeper couch, with a big screen smart TV. In the secondary bedroom you will find 2 comfortable full-size beds, and a mounted flat screen smart Tv. There is dual access to the guest bathroom separated into powder room and toilet/shower. Access from the bedroom as well as the dining room for when entertaining. Lastly, the patio features a glass table and seating for 4 sitting with an extended yard lined with soft faux grass.

You will have full access to this apartment, no areas are off limits except our storage closet. On-site free parking (registration required). Rideshare access.

No Smoking Inside unit, patio door must be closed if smoking on patio.

Limit 6 guest w/maximum 8 guests
$25 per day for each guest over 6
All Pets Must be added to the reservation. (Max 2 pets)
Guests will be provided toiletries for the first 7 days of their stay; all toiletries after 7 days will need to be sole responsibility of the guest.
