We loved the quaint, comfy, and cozy property! The location was great and it is just as the pictures show. We enjoyed the local brews that greeted us in the fridge. Having coffee beans for our coffee in the morning was a treat.We really enjoyed our stay and are already planning when we can come back.

Great little apartment

Although it is on second floor, what a well put together and clean space. Beds were comfortable, each room you can control a/c or heat, nice kitchen space supplied with utensils. We needed to be close to 7hills Brewing for a wedding and this was a perfect distance away. Totally would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in heart of Dubuque!

Perfect for a weekend getaway

This location was just right for a weekend getaway with friends. It was within walking distance to a few coffee shops and the historic downtown area. The apartment was in a cute old building that was modern on the inside. The kitchen was small but perfect for our needs. The deck was a nice bonus and if the weather was nicer we would have sat out there a lot. Overall a cute and cozy spot to stay.

Girl's get away! Enjoyed Farmer's market a couple blocks away, few shops, dining on the river, river walk and and music at Stone Hill winery...filled with Fun and laughter!! The apartment added a value and place to gather and catch up and play! THANK YOU! We'll return!

The unit itself was nice, clean and centrally located. It was great that there were air conditioning controls in each bedroom so you could set your desired temperature. The first night we enjoyed sitting on the balcony although the view was not the best I misunderstood the parking situation- it said parking available and on street parking which I thought it was free. The on street parking is metered and the available parking was a block over. Also in the description it wasn’t mentioned that this unit was on the second floor with stairs to walk up. I also have never had to pay for “damage insurance “ which I thought was different. My friend and I did have a good time- went to a winery, Field of Dreams and ended our visit with a dinner cruise on American Lady. We plan on returning to Dubuque next year as there are still so many things to see and do. misunderstood the parking situation
