Everything was very clean. The owner just gave information the day after check in as opposed to the day before. Not sure if they just got thr days mixed up. But nonetheless atleast they did communicate and every time I had a question they answered promptly. The upstairs bathroom was slightly out of date but other than that a great stay of 3 nights.
Lovely property in a wooded community by 2 state parks. It might have the best equipped kitchen we've ever had in a rental. Had everything we needed even for preparing Thanksgiving dinner

Disliked: Location
It was clean however the central was not working properly. The house was much smaller than what expected. The property manager was very nice and available when I had questions!
Property was lovely, serenely decorated and clean. All the amenities.
We did have some difficulty with the downstairs key pad but the lock box on the deck upstairs worked out perfectly. .
We had a camping themed bachelorette weekend at this property and it was the perfect amount of outdoorsy for our group. We aren’t a group of camp-type people, so it was nice to have all the benefits of camping, but with an actual house. We enjoyed the area and loved seeing all the wildlife. The house was clean, had cozy vibes, and was spacious enough for us all to have our own beds and not feel crowded in common areas. It rained off and on our entire weekend, but that didn’t impact our stay at all because the house was so cute and we were happy to stay in. We were able to find plenty of hiking in the area for when it was a little nicer out, and while we didn’t explore the nearby beach lake, it was nice to know it was within a few minutes as an option if we wanted to.
We went with the intention of getting away from everything and just relaxing for a weekend. We literally brought tons of food, wine, books, and other similar things to do. The kitchen was very well stocked. The outdoor fire pit was a really great touch as the weather was cooling down, and we enjoyed sitting by the fire. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our time there and would love to return for an annual occurrence.
We wanted a short get away for Labor Day weekend to reconnect and recharge with family and this was perfect. It was perfect for our needs, the house was really cute, very clean and comfortable. It was not especially close to a lake, though, which was disappointing. We had to drive to Larsen beach which was cute, and drive even further to Big Bass beach, pool and clubhouse, which was also nice, but would have picked something much much closer to the water had we realized the distance and we’d have brought our own beach chairs had we known. Otherwise, it was great.
My wife and I had a beautiful stay in this clean and homey cabin. Great communication from host, easy to get to, nice neighborhood, really zero issues for the whole weekend.
Great rental! I stayed here with friends for three days and two nights to unwind, catch up, and get some much-needed rest. We watched football and spent time around the firepit, which was perfect for relaxing. The property is also conveniently located just 20 minutes from Mount Airy Casino. The owner was responsive, usually getting back to my (many!) questions within 24 hours. Hoping to book again next year!
Easy to get into complex. Gentleman at Gate was friendly, easy going, and happy. Great welcome after a long drive! House was gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, well stocked and accommodating setup for all of us! All the games wifi access, firepit such nice touches. We will rent again and stay longer to take advantage of the beach. Thank you!
This house was perfect for our family vacation. The host was very prompt with answering any questions or requests that we had-5 stars! The house had some basic amenities, beach towels, soap, detergent and things like that. The location was great and Larsen Lake was perfect for our littles.
Very clean nicely appointed. Lights in both bathrooms are very dim, need to change fixtures to LED lighting s d get larger mirrors. Property manager very attentive. Great pool and clubhouse, lakes with many things to do.
Love the home and the compound and amenities. The host always communicated with us. We had an issue with the door key pad and couldn’t use it which was inconvenient and the host never came to look at it even though we asked about it 3 times. The upstairs one room doesn’t have blinds and has a lot of windows so we were woken up at 6:30 every morning. The grill wasn’t cleaned and caught our burgers on fire. There were a bunch of carpenter ants around the home we kept getting rid of. Other than those issues we loved the stay, house was nice, as described, fully stocked with everything needed to cook and clean and do laundry, loved the canoe and kayaks. Would stay in the Pocono’s again.
We enjoyed family time together. The house was cozy and so well thought out. Everything we needed was there. We just brought plenty food to eat. It was the perfect getaway, time spent with family, relaxing in nature, we all needed a little time away. Thank you so much for providing this beautiful, stress free space. Loved our time there.
Absolutely loved it. Went with our family of 4 and our dog. It was clean, user friendly, everything was labeled and convenient, tons of games, billiards table, fire place (it was snowing- in April), absolutely adorable. Inviting, relaxing, and supported our trip goal for more family time. Everyone loved it!
My husband and I stayed there this past weekend. The house is cozy, well maintained and relaxing! The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would possibly need.I loved watching out the large windows and seeing the deer in the back yard!Jesse (owner) was great and made check in a breeze! We will definitely return!
Three of us just wanted to get a way for the weekend and this was such a nice place to do so. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space to move around. We definitely plan on coming back in another season.
