This condo offers an amazing ocean view from the balcony, living room, and main bedroom! It is located on the 9th floor of the Sands Beach Club, providing direct oceanfront views. The condo features a great kitchen area for socializing and is situated within the exclusive Sands Beach Club, within walking distance to Ocean Annies. It includes 1 King Bed, 2 Full Beds, accommodating up to 6 guests. Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, LCD TVs, and two private bathrooms, this beachfront condo has everything you need. The resort also offers heated pools, a private ocean balcony, hot tubs, a private gym, and a tennis court. Free WIFI is included. We hope you enjoy your stay in this beautiful condo as much as we do!
Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away!

Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.

Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.
