Adirondack lodge wildlife sanctuary

Cozy lodge with radiant heated floors, 5 fireplaces. Located on 70+ acres of woods and trails on the Little Ausable river for you to explore. Bald eagles, Osprey, Owls are just a few of the birds and wildlife you may encounter on this property with 2 miles of river bank for fishing. 20” small mouth bass are common in the spring season. There’s a Stocked trophy Brook trout pond at the lodge. State boat launch onto lake Champlain less than 2 miles away. 3 Golf corses close by. There is a Guided fishing trip on lake Champlain available from a US Coast Guard certified charter captain full or half day on Lake Champlain. $1500 for up to 4 people including breakfast lunch and refreshments.
