3 bedroom house in the mountains of Colorado. Bring your kayaks, paddleboards or boat and enjoy the 1100 acre lake. It has a fully fenced in backyard with a deck and patio furniture to enjoy dinner outdoors. In addition to all of the bedrooms on one floor, there is also the spacious kitchen, comfortable living room with a comfortable sectional & a large screen TV, dining room for 6, and a laundry room. Guests have access to the entire home, front and backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked and the home comes with linen, towels, and toiletries.
