This apartment is newly renovated and designed, and ready for you. Every corner of the space has been carefully considered for comfort and ease. Situated in the heart of the Tree Streets Historic District it is convenient to everything — ETSU, and Downtown Johnson City are both just a short walk away, as is Founders Park, and several breweries and restaurants. The area is completely safe - I have owned the property for 20 years and have never had an incident of any kind.

Great place for a short stay

I really enjoyed this place and is located in a very cool laid back neighborhood. It was a quiet and peaceful area and a convenient spot to nearby stores and restaurants.

Solid place to stay

Roy was responsive and helpful. Property met all of our needs (very glad we chose to stay here over a hotel). Property is in a nice neighborhood and was close to everywhere we wanted to go during our stay.

Great apartment & location

Just there for a weekend getaway. Unit was very clean & nicely decorated. Well equipped with toiletries and kitchen equipment. Neighborhood is cute also. Walkable to a couple of great breakfast/brunch places (Crumb & Babbett’s Beignets). Also very close to downtown Johnson City with several great restaurants.

Historic Tree Street Stay

We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is cosy, well appointed and in a great location. I was able to walk to my conference at ETSU as well as to great restaurants: Timber and Crumb. The walk to downtown thru Fowlers Park was lovely. I was able to catch the local market, and shop and lunch in the downtown shops, coffee shops and diverse restaurants. Definitely an up and coming area.

Beautiful apartment

Great stay at this beautiful second floor apartment on tree lined street close to ETSU campus. There are several nice restaurants and a breweries within walking distance. Very well decorated place and cozy bed, limited outlets to plug in electronics. Definitely recommend this little beauty!
