This is a small place, we had 4 adults and living room can not seat all of us. The check in method needs improvement. The ad stated a hair dryer was available but was not. Bed rooms are small. Location is great.
Great unit, close to basically everything in the downtown core.

Toronto
We paid extra for an early check in, but then were given a different unit than the one advertised. We were 2 older couples, and had booked 2 BR with 2 full bathrooms. The unit was also smaller than shown in the pictures. We notified property managers immediately, and then had to wait over 3 hours to be moved to a different unit, which did have 2 bathrooms, but was still very small. However, location was excellent.
Property w/in 3 minutes of walking to Scotiabank Arena. Grocery store and LCBO across the street. Restaurants w/in walking distance. Property manager very prompt with replies to communication. Highly recommend this property.
Super location to access ball games and attractions. Beds were comfortable. Easy entry and exit. Could use some cleaning of carpets, fix dishwasher. Everything else was as listed.
The bedrooms were a little small for adults but the location can't be beat.

We liked the ease accessibility for what we were doing in Toronto.
Challenges-check in the as good because they accommodated our flight changes, but we got very confused with elevators and entrances as we had to be brought in a different way. Elevators were also a challenge, especially after the concert, as only 2 were running and we had to wait in line up to get up to the condo.

Great Location but not what was reserved; needs upgrading
The booking confirmation was for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom however the accomodation provided was 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with smaller common space. The change booking wasn't identified by the agent, and only acknowledged when I contacted them about the change once we were checked in. The reason provided was the original condo booking had been flooded, so they were trying to rebook their clients into remaining available units. Financial compensation wasn't offered; I had to ask for a partial refund; alternate booking wasn't a possibility until the last day of our stay. Lifted flooring due to previous water damage (dishwasher) was a tripping hazard; decor also could use upgrading. Fabulous location but overall disappointed with booking due to lack of transparency.
Super convenient spot for everything you need. Nightlife. Coffee. Restaurants. Bluejays. Being welcomed by the host at the door to walk me through was next level too! Couldn’t rate the host experience high enough!!
Can’t beat the location and the views. Very comfortable and well appointed. Furniture is IKEA type, so not very high end, but comfortable. Very clean and the management is very responsive.
A colleague and I were in Toronto for a conference and will make this our go to listing when visiting again.
The property manager was attentive and the unit was exactly as advertised.
The beds are very comfortable and the building is very secure. The down side is the expressway noise. The unit could use another chair in the tv area and some extra closet shelving for unpacking. Overall we had a great stay.

Heart of the City
The property is small but very comfortable for 4 people. Very central, it is easy to walk the downtown. We had communication problems with the admin staff, but the young lady who showed us to the unit was delightful.
We were down here for a surgery from Ottawa and once released from the hospital, i had to remain in TO for at least 2 weeks. We took a blind chance and we were not disappointed. The furniture is all IKEA, which is the only downfall to these units. Hopefully, the owners will upgrade to comfort-style furniture and bedding to offer better comfort. Everything is nearby with plenty of attractions. CN tower is in plain site of the unit.

The location was near to where we wanted to be at Scotia Bank Place. It was a very busy building at all times of the day and night. The condo itself was quiet except for the traffic.
We were in Toronto for a concert. Could not have stayed at a better location! Minutes from concert venue, many restaurants and shopping. Only complaint was host calling me while I’m on holiday to tell me repairman was coming to the condo. Not happy about a stranger coming into condo while we weren’t there and not knowing about it in advance as all our possessions were scattered around. Otherwise, a fantastic stay!

Blue jays trip
First of all we were given a room that was not what we requested. Then they showed us the room that we did reserve and found that one of the beds was broken and cleaning supplies left in the bathroom sink. The other bathroom shower had bad stains of some kind on the floor tiles. Also there wasn’t enough glasses and cups for 4 people. Not sure who checks the rooms before the rooms are given out to guests. That was very disappointing when first arrive.
The location was great , the communication with the Vrbo person who first showed us in and the vrbo manger was poor.
Everything about this property was exactly as expected. One terrific thing about the property that you should know is they have a double size daybed (part is pull out) as the living room couch! There were 5 of us so it worked really well! One bad thing about the property for us was the street noise. We are from the country where it is relatively quiet all night and with the street below going all night it was hard for us to sleep. Another terrific thing was that a property manager met us at the property to guide us to the parking garage and explain where to go. Believe me we never would have figured it out on our own! Otherwise it was clean and a great central place to stain when in Toronto.

Loud and Different from the Listing
The condo we booked was not the condo we stayed in. We booked a property with a nice leather couch and checked into a unit with a trundle bed in the living room.
The unit is all IKEA furniture, had scuffs on the walls, toilet paper holder falling off the wall. The unit is LOUD and bright! Bring an eye mask and ear plugs because you will hear traffic, sirens, and honking all night.
During check in process we had to wait quite a while for someone to help us into the garage and unit.
One of the showers did not have consistent hot water. It fluctuated and at times wouldn’t get hotter than room temperature.
Not at all forth the price we paid! Disappointed.
Overall great location with some unexpected issues
The ICE condominiums are an excellent location within easy walking distance of most of the major attractions in downtown Toronto. We could see the lake, Rogers Centre and CN tower from the unit. The check-in process was very rushed and unclear. Underground parking was provided, but we were told upon arrival that we would be unable to move our car in and out for the entire week. This was not disclosed ahead of time and we ended up renting a car to visit friends outside of the city, which was an unexpected major headache. I would avoid a car, if possible, as traffic is horrendous in the immediate area when major events like conventions and Blue Jays game let out. We would have flown into Billy Bishop airport if we could do it over. Also, the couch is as uncomfortable as other reviews have mentioned, watch your tailbone!
