Other things to note
Pool does not have a barrier fence. Water safety is the booking guest's responsibility. The booking guest must understand and agree the swimming pool could be a drowning hazard and the booking guest takes full responsibility for any injuries to any and all guests and visitors during their stay. There is not a lift guard on duty at the house.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE! No loud parties or any disruptions to the neighborhood will be tolerated. You are welcome to have fun but must be respectful.

Booking party must be at lease 25 years of age.

No local booking without at least 3.5 star reviews or prior authorization.

No smoking, Any evidence of smoking will result in $500 fine.

Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Must give at least 72 hours advance notice for pool heating.

Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on likelihood of early arrival for early arrival request updates and the day before your departure to get late departure request updates.

Health, Safety & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
