Open floorplan and a kitchen suitable for a chef, including a wine fridge and coffee bar. Bedrooms are bright with plenty of closet space and tastefully decorated with quality linens throughout. Dining room offers comfortable seating for up to 8.

Very comfortable 2 BR home in quiet neighborhood. AC worked well in August.Great Host, extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Easy Check In and Check Out procedures.Higher End major kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, nicely equipped kitchen with better than usual pots/pans, dishes, utensils and prep equipment for a VRBO. Nice coffee bar area, with wine refrigerator. The living areas were very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable.Was a good fit for us for our destination wedding travel...less than 10 miles from the venue and less than half the price of the destination venue prices. Would make a nice house to snowbird in for winter months. Cute screened porch area and back yard.

What's not to love about this place?

We loved this charming little house! It is exactly as advertised … well-equipped, cute and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower good and strong, the neighborhood quiet, and the patio perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida winter. Patricia and Robert are the best hosts … ever available, pleasant and accommodating. We are already anticipating our return visit!
