Large family cottage steps from waters edge.
This cottage was built in 2023. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Will accommodate up to 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen including linens. Bath towels and start up supplies are included. You are just steps away from the waters edge, not lake front. Swim area for the older swimmers with a floating raft, walk out area for the little swimmers too. With pier space to park a boat. After a great day on the water come back to relax on the deck and light a fire in the fire pit. Gas grill and propane is also a great added feature to this large comfortable cottage.

We live in Ft. Wayne but hope to retire at the Lake. We spend a lot of time at the Lake. It is so peaceful and we love the wild life, fish, birds, dear, turtles, turkeys, etc.
My Grandparents bought their first cottage here in 1958. I grew up at the Barbee Chain of Lakes. My grandparents rented many cottages. They taught me a lot. I have happy vacationing people come and visit what is not to love! I hope you grow to love the lakes as much as I do.

Why they chose this property
I bought my first cottage in 2000. It was a cottage my Grandparents had owned and rented. Three month’s later I bought the cottage my Grandparents lived in. Over the years I have had the opportunity to buy more cottages. We are blessed to have yard space and parking for 3 cars. Lake lots are small in most cases.
