Located in the Hardware District, of North Temple, East of I-15

*Sleeps 4 comfortably and up to 5.

1 Queen, 1 Full, and Sofa pullout Single w/ Memory Foam Topper.

The space
Ground floor with private outdoor entrance giving you direct access to your condo.

Located in a historic 5 unit building downtown Salt Lake City.

Fully remodeled! 9 ft ceilings! Solid surface flooring, full kitchen and bath.

New Mitsubishi mini splits installed 2022. New windows 2021.

This is a 500 sq ft space with a great layout. Comfortable for 4 guests. We have added a single sofa sleeper to allow a 5th guest as a crash pad/city basecamp.

Guest access
You have the whole 500 sq foot condo until to yourself. There is a bike rack, shared patio, and picnic area with bistro lights in the back of the property.

Other things to note
Cool historic building built circa 1905 . Fully updated. 9 foot ceilings. New windows and Mitsubishi mini splits for heat and AC.

I absolutely loved staying at this location! Close to downtown. Definitely will be rebooking in the future. Didn't have any issues while staying and the host responds quickly. I do recommend staying here.

This condo is calm, clean, pleasant, easy to find and enter. I have zero complaints. My friend and I slept well and appreciated everything about the place. Easy access from the Trax station, walk to convention center ... and the owner was super responsive to any questions I had in advance. Highly recommend.

We were here for the Red Hot chili peppers concert

The owner is great and very communicative. This is a cute little place decorated very sweet close to quite a few things. We ran into it. It was quite humid in here and we couldn’t get the TV going but otherwise We had a great stay here

The slopes

Place was great. Loved the extras that you normally don't see in condos. Ex: shampoo soap laundry detergent spices coffee. Only downside no large pots for cooking. Only medium pots.
