All trash must be removed from inside home and placed in outside receptacle
All dishes/kitchenware must be cleaned and put away or in dishwasher and wash cycle started
All lights turned off
Key returned to key box
Remove all food/drinks from fridge/pantry
Additional information/rules:

First aid kit and fire extinguisher located in cabinet above washer
