The good: -Actually larger than expected. Good for couple, or small family, and they allow dogs.-Location is awesome. Right next door to Amarin coffee shop, which has amazing pastries. Almost everything but the beach within walking distance.-Nice little yard (unfenced)-Clean linens included -No real 'kitchen', but has fridge, sink, and usual appliances. The Not-so-good: -The shower is TINY. Like a small RV shower. It was almost, but not quite, impossible to use. Jokingly nicknamed it the NudeTube. -Definitely needs serious deep clean. Counters were sticky, dirt and dog hair in the corners, floors were sandy. Excessive multiple plug-in air fresheners in small space. Faint but noticeable smell of old dog pee if you turn the AC/air purifier off and open windows. Mold in shower. Cobwebs. -Water was shut off on 5th day of week long stay at around 5pm. Response from host was slow. Minimal troubleshooting. Offer of alternative accommodation/info came late that night, and we were not able to get in due to issue with lock. No reply from host until we were elsewhere for the night. Ended up staying with relatives for last two nights. Had to contact Vrbo for refund of last two nights.Overall, not a bad place if you don't mind some initial cleaning/structural imperfections/ can fit in shower. We were willing to overlook a lot because it was affordable, allowed dogs, and was centrally located, but the water issue was a huge inconvenience that could have been handled better.
